Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Ajay Choure savings bank account holder of your bank with a/c no [protected]. on 17/07/2021 when I tried to make a transaction for an amount of 20, 949.00 Rs on Amazon website through internet banking my money was deducted but the transaction is not yet completed.
When I contacted the Amazon customer care they replied that they didn’t receive any money for that particular transaction

After that I called the state bank customer care Case no – 59707887
They replied money will refund after 5 working days, but my money not refund
It has been 10 days since then and I have called multiple of reminders. they don’t response properly
So here I am requesting you to please look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible I attached all transaction information
