I have ordered AmazonBasics 564 L Side-by-Side Door Refrigerator (Silver Steel Finish) the order id is #[protected]
I have opted for a warranty claim service because of the failure of the sensor panel which can able to control the temperature of the refrigerator. As soon as I started facing this issue (in April 2021) I have contacted the helpdesk. They have filed my issue and in return, they have sent me a mail stating that my issue will be taken up by a technician, and the person has called me and said – The sensor panel needs to be changed. And he had raised the order request for sensor panel. It has to be delivered and installed by date – 17 July 2021 (as mentioned by amazon technical team).
Now, none of the technicians is responding to my calls and the current technician is responding with very rude behavior. I am regularly following up with the helpdesk but my issue is not yet resolved. The warranty period is of 1year on the product and 5 years on the condenser. It seems like they are neglecting the customer issues. They are postponing the dates but no solution to my issue. I have also raised a complaint with the amazon helpdesk about the technician. But there is no use.
Kindly help me with the justice as earliest as possible.
