Hello team,
My company bought one laptop from amazon.in, which in turn found to be defective. We placed return/replace request, against which amazon set an inspection on the very next day. The guy came and inspected the item and found the defects and submitted the report (Signed by me on his mobile) in front of me. Now, i'm writing this on the very next day to that and amazon portal reflects the report is not submitted (It is now more than 24hrs passed). We get submit a call back from the portal. Amazon called us and told the same that the report is not yet submitted. Can any one tell me who's going to be responsible for that? The guy, or the company? However we have no such time to delay or being harassed and hence decided to get one more call from amazon, but alas! The call back facility is not functioning any more that i had to come here for the same. Now, we have no where to contact amazon, neither amazon take back the laptop; nor we have the money back to buy one laptop for the employee it is set to. We're only to loos time-manpower. Only this is left for the corporate customers from amazon.
