I had purchased a product called Mpow earmuff’s from Amazon in january which was not upto my expectations, so i had to return it. The refund regarding this was initiated on 22nd january 2021 but still i have not received any conformation from the bank. They have provided me the Refund Reference Number as 30005110131013163094380. I have been contacting to the bank customer care many times now but their has been no proper reponse. It has already been over 3 months. So please check and grant my refund amount. This is my 2nd mail so please do respond this time.
