I Reetu Naudiyal from Dehradun . I want to state that I have a account in Amazon.in. I have order a product (noisefit endure smartwatch) of order I’d[protected] on 23 July . Then I cancelled order on same day and payment was prepaid . According to Amazon my refund initiated and reflected in my account till 4 July 2021. But after that when my refund is not reflected I called Amazon customer care they said reference no. Of refund is not provide by our backend team that is why your refund is not reflected in your account. We register your complaint internally in which we will not provide you any complaint no. And waiting time is 3 days. After 3 days your refund will reflect in your account.
After 3 days I have not received my refund then I called them again same thing repeated n like this I have called them 4 times . But received my refund every time they said same thing . Please help me .
