It is rather puzzling, as, in spite of 4 reminders, I have neither received a positive response from Customer Service of Canara Bank or credit of Rs.1089/- in my account with them. Every time I incur unnecessary expense by way of sending my representative with passbook to the bank.
I have had so many orders and dealings with Amazon, where every transaction had gone smoothly, this case is earning a bad name for AMAZON, who is also keeping quiet. It will rather be embarrassing for me and AMAZON to start all over and approach Andoerin to cancel all present arrangements, and send me a cheque directly.
I request you to please arrange to close the matter by sending a cheque, and cancel your RRN.
