I am sare to video and image – मैंने दिनाँक 31/01/2020 nokia 4.2 मोबाइल का ऑर्डर किया जिसका कीमत 6899/-रुपया और ऑर्डर no[protected] था और दिनांक 02/02/2020 को मोबाइल delever हुआ जब मैंने उसे ओपन किया तो नोकिया का दूसरा model मिला जब मैंने इसका camplain amazon custamber care को किया तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा कि invation होगा फिर आपको रिपोर्ट मिलेगा दिनांक 05/02/2020 को बताया गया हमे की amazon ने सही प्रोडक्ट delever किया आपका मोबाइल ना रिटर्न होगा ना replacement फिर मैंने national counsumer girevane को camplain किया जिसका camplain नंबर – 1894282 है और अब मैं डिस्ट्रिक्ट counsumer फॉर्म से amazon के ऊपर केस दर्ज करूंगा बहुत ही ज्यादा fraud किया मेरे साथ इसके अलावा मेरे पास amazon packing खोलने का वीडियो भी avilable है! बहुत ही कुता है amazon online shopping.
