I had ordered a phone worth 17k on 27th July during Amazon‘s sale, which was supposed to get delivered between 2-7 August
When checked on 3rd August in the app it was showing already delivered on 2nd August, i was at home that time during the mentioned delivery time plus I checked with my neighbours and security guard regarding this package but they also did not get anything on that date.
Since then I have been contacting Amazon customer service daily and they had started an investigation regarding this which would conclude today (9th August 2021) but for that as well I did not receive any call
So when I called them today regarding this they told that they had contacted me on 6th August which I did not receive which is not true as per my call logs which I checked. Next two days which they had to try and contact me again which they did not did.
Again when I called them on 9th for resolution they extended the timeline till 15th August, so I have not yet received my phone, my money is already debited and still they do not have a resolution and for a better experience I had purchased Amazon prime.
Is this a some sort of Scam by Amazon ?
They are not at all giving me any resolution regarding this.
I need help in this as soon as possible.
