Hi team,
This is bring it to your notice that i have already escalated this issue after tracking shows delivered in amazon app and also make several call to amazon contact center but i am not getting any resolution from that side then i raised grievance for this delivery.
Also i raise a grievance in consumer complaint with id# 2565122.
I am not received my product and still not getting any resolution from your side.
Please initiate my refund or deliver my product.

We do not have any specific number for any delivery agent.
Most of the times when the order is out for delivery our customers are provided with a number where the customers can reach the delivery agent.
But not all the times and also that number is not a permanent number or not specific to a particular delivery agent.
So at this point of time we do not have an option to provide you the number of that delivery agent.
As per investigation we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.
