My name is Zahed Ur Raheem.I have paid an amount of Rupees 19999.00 to Amazon India through my google pay UPI ID ( which is connected to my HDFC Bank) on 15/06/2021. Afterwards on 16/06/2021 i cancelled my order due to some issues. The refund of rupees 19999.00 from Amazon was credited into my account on 17/06/2021. But the amount still hasn’t reflected in my account. Amazon sent me this REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[

told to contact customer care. I contacted HDFC Bank customer care toll free number multiple times but failed. So I implore you to kindly look into it as it is urgent for me. Its been more than 7 days now.
