but I had received a different brand Earphone, then I contact amazon and they request a return regarding this I had to return the product but the refund was not issued from amazon. I contact amazon again they said if the seller does not issue a refund then we will issue a refund on my end but after some time they said that I can’t do anything you send me a different item.
