I am Mahendhar Reddy Pisati, Amazon Prime member ([protected]/Mahi.[protected]@gmail.com). I have ordered crocs Women’s Sienna Flat W Gold Slipper-W[protected] on amazon Prime day sale Sold by Cloudtail India and Fulfilled by Amazon. and it has delivered on 29.07.2021 and size is too large so want to exchange that product but exchange option not available, only return & refund option showing in app.
For this issue i have made many calls to customer care and spent almost 6-7 hours to get solution but i didnt get any solution from customer care
I want exchange option in my app & i dont want refund because as per Amazon return & exchange policy, its clearly mentioned that You can exchange this item for a different size/color or return for a full refund.
Note: I have read terms & conditions of Return & Exchange policy before purchasing only . the terms & Conditions are enclosed with attachment.
Now i requesting you only exchange the product …prime day price is huge difference with today price and how can we accept refund. if you not able to exchange the produce than compensate todays price.
ONLY OPTION IS exchange product or provide difference amount should be added to amazon pay balance of Rs. 1239/[protected]=1239/-) & balance 980/- refund credited to original payment method.
Amazon is cheating customers by misguiding/misleading/providing false information/commuting fraudulent information…etc. (Refer enclosed attachment)
If not resolving the Issue with reasonable time than we will sue in court of Law & proceed with legally because we have right to demand. we have purchased product based on Return & Exchange policy
