Amazon India — Wrong item delivered and they refused return/refund

Product name: Intel Celeron G1840 Processor – BX80646G1840

Amazon delivered the different product on 23/04/2021 and now they are denying anything by saying that they delivered the correct item.

I requested for the processor model- Celeron G1840 while they sent me a Pentium G3240.
It was clearly mentioned on their website that its a brand new product while they sent me a wrong one and a used product.

I’m attaching the relevant pics with the complaint.
Please take necessary actions against them as such behaviour is not acceptable.
