Amazon — mobikwik fraud amount deducted but recharge failed.. invoice also not showing

On 3rd feb 2020 i done a recharge mobiqwik wallet at the time shown transaction successful after i checked my transaction history this time a difrnt msg is showing i.e paid through card ##$##@..my account amount deducted in my wallet .and i go to check my history open that is shows no invoice data found …also gave a complaints but they are not responding on my complaint ..
Till now i did'nt get any respose from mobiwick care..
so please solve my problem..
in future i never used this fraud site
