Even after booking for appointment for regular check up and obtaining confirmation of the date, time and the Consulting Doctor, when we visit Amri Hospital Bhubaneswar OPD desk, we are asked to wait for our serial number which has been given on first – cum- first serve basis even if they have not taken prior appointment. If that’s so, then why the online booking facility and why it has not been mentioned about first – cum – first serve system?
