I went to your gorakhpur apollo clinic for hiv, vdrl, hbs. Ag, tb tyyphoid, stool, urine and x-ray test i have given printed sheet and also sent email to them where all detailed are mentioned about the test, they charge the amount and they took 2 test tube blood, urine and stool, receptionist told me collect your report at 4pm. At mention time i have collected my report and show it to one of your dr (Md physician) and came at my home. At night 7pm i have started checking my all report, i have seen my tb tyyphoid repost is missing then i have called to clinic manager he said we forget to do the test and come tomorrow again give your blood so we do the test. I want to ask do you guy’s think my blood is water 💦, for 3 test, 3 tube blood. Who will cover my waste time? Also i did stool test where need to check following (Salmonella, typhi and parathyphi) but these things are not mention in the report. Stool test repot i have attached with folder please have a look
