My wife Sucharita Kundu had undergone procedure for ablation of varicose vein and sclerotherapy at Apollo Hospitals, Bhubaneswar under the guidance of Dr Manas R Kar on 12.06.19. Procedure was successful and doctor advised us to get discharged at around 11.30 am. But the staff took 4 hours to send the final papers to TPA desk; that too after intervention of doctors. And due to the negligence of billing staff (details of consumables not given, procedures not clearly mentioned etc), we got an approval of Rs 87969/- as against a bill of Rs. 147041/-. Finally we got discharged at around 9.30 pm but I didn't get the detailed bill of consumables. It was the bill for laser valve used in the procedure. The manager on duty, Mr Mihir, had assured me to send the said bill through mail. But after several correspondence for last 4 days I didn't receive any reply from the hospital. Why the staff are so insensitive? They don't bother to give a reply to my mails?
Now I want to get the detailed bill of the consumable for Rs. 22400/-. Please let me know how can I get the same. Expecting an immediate response.
