I had been admitted to Apollo CBD BELAPUR for URS -DJ STENT ON 30/4/2021
All went as planned and on discharge was prescribed medicines as follows
But instead of the Levoflox 500 mg the pharmacy gave me Levipil 500 which I took one dose on 2/5/2021 but after that I felt dizzy n extremely weak so before taking the dose again today on 3/5/2021 I just checked on Google about levipil and found that’s an anti epilepsy medicine…which is the wrong medicine …it’s a gross negligence…attaching the strip and the pouch here
Even after mailing them the details in 3/5/2021 there has been no correspondence from their side …
This is such a horrible mix up coz levipil is wrong medicine and contraindicated in kidney or related disorders for which I was taking the treatment
We trust and this is how it’s shattered and not a note of apology afterwards
