I have been your customer for more than 3 yrs. I never took any claim or never had a complaint with you or never even called customer service in these years. But from last more than 1 month i am continuously calling you, emailing you, sending complaints through health jinn app etc… But not getting any response except the auto generated emails. I filed a claim for pre – hospitalisation expenses on 19/7/2019 for around re.5300 for my son. He was admitted in hospital with thyphoid fever. I uploaded all the original documents on health jinn app (As requested) and later on sent 2 couriers with all the original documents & cancelled cheque also. I shared both the tracking numbers also and your team acknowledged that they have received the documents. Everytime i called your customer care they says that “we are registering your complaint and will revert back to you in 48 hrs” which never comes. No one bothered to call me or email me in last 1 month to reply what is going on. I am highly disappointed with your services as i never expected a big company like apollo munich doesn’t bother about its customers.
Not expecting, lost hope now.. Still waiting if anyone can help me in getting the reimbursement amount for the expenses.
