I puneet khattar son of mrs lata khattar.

My mother is suffering from disease due to which she is admitted in max super specialty hospital vaishali ghaziabad. We have taken policy from apollo munich health insurance company 1 year back in march 2018.

And now we applied for cashless claim from apollo munich health insurance company and they rejected my request and saying there is possibility of pre external disease due to which we cannot approve your request.

For which senior doctor from max hospital already given the statement (Given on doctor letter head with stamp) that the disease is recently diagnosed and there is no past history or any treatment taken by patient for the same.
Doctor number is already mentioned on letter head they can call him and confirm for the same.

We belong to middle class family thats why we have taken insurance from apollo munich for our safety and security. But they are not considering my mother condition and saying we have taken the insurance because we already know about that disease. Kindly clear why should i wait for my insurance instead of not doing treatment of my mother. Why would we take risk of her life because of 2 lakhs rupees.

Kindly help to take any action against it.

I made health insurance from apollo munich from 2013 to 2015 then it is portable to religare insurance from 2015 to 2018 again it is portable to apollo munich from 2019 to 2020 vide policy no.150200/11121/aa00980903. As per your commitment whatever the facilities avail by the previous insurance company the same will be provide by your company. When i port to apollo in 2019-20 there was no sign/symptoms of any disease of my family. So here there is no question of hiding /suppression of any facts arises pertaining to disclose of the any kind of health problem.

Whatever the documents provide by treating doctor in that wrong date is mentioned after that it is corrected by doctor authorization letter and the same (It is purely fault by the doctor not from my end) is submitted in your organization for the cashless request. So, why should i suffer? It is not my fault.

But, based on the treating doctor wrong report in spite of given the correct report by the treating doctor your organization put four years exclusion for perianal fistula and also discard my policy vide policy no.150200/11121/aa00980903.

So, it is my humble request for wave off the four years exclusion for perianal fistula and also not cancel my policy vides no. 150200/11121/aa00980903.

Sir if you not wave off my four years exclusion for perianal fistula and also continue my policy vide no. 150200/11121/aa00980903. Then i will go to higher authority grievance department as well as consumer court.

I took a Mediclaim policy no. [protected] from Apollo Munich through Canara bank. The policy number is [protected] and the policy is active since 2015. The policy had to be renewed on 27 march ’19. There sales executive named Pradeep went to the bank and completed all formalities and the premium was debited through the account. On 2 May ’19, they refund for the same was initiated stating the reason that the details of the INSURED and PROPOSER aren’t available. Regarding this I even contacted Apollo, many times on e-mail, but any satisfactory solution was not provided by there team as I even filled the form which they sent but my problem wasn’t resolved. Need you help in this regard.

I had submitted online application for apollo munich ican enhanced policy with premium amount of rs.6018. My application no. Is wa3tft4wzl. After few days, they sent a new proposal to pay additional amount of rs.1217. I rejected it and asked them to cancel my application during telecon. But they have still not returned my money re.6018. Please help me to get back my money.

Team apollo munich,

I have been your customer for more than 3 yrs. I never took any claim or never had a complaint with you or never even called customer service in these years. But from last more than 1 month i am continuously calling you, emailing you, sending complaints through health jinn app etc… But not getting any response except the auto generated emails. I filed a claim for pre – hospitalisation expenses on 19/7/2019 for around re.5300 for my son. He was admitted in hospital with thyphoid fever. I uploaded all the original documents on health jinn app (As requested) and later on sent 2 couriers with all the original documents & cancelled cheque also. I shared both the tracking numbers also and your team acknowledged that they have received the documents. Everytime i called your customer care they says that “we are registering your complaint and will revert back to you in 48 hrs” which never comes. No one bothered to call me or email me in last 1 month to reply what is going on. I am highly disappointed with your services as i never expected a big company like apollo munich doesn’t bother about its customers.

Not expecting, lost hope now.. Still waiting if anyone can help me in getting the reimbursement amount for the expenses.

I applied for jmd branch mg gurgaon but i come to know that my code is issue in sec 14 gurgaon branch
I talked to the branch manager, he suggest me to resign first than it will transfer to jmd branch than i resigned
But when i applied for new agency code, it again issue to sec 14 gurgaon branch
I requested so many times to branch head but they did not support me
Even they are saying take agency from
Another insurance company but we did not transfer your code to another branch
Sir i want to do good business but due to lack of support and attitude i m unable to do so

On 8 august 2019 i applied for a health insurance policy with apollo munich through my axis bank account. After several phone calls i was rejected for the policy but no refund given despite several visits to the bank to enquire for the same.
On 16 october i posted on social media in desperation and received assurance within 20 minutes the matter would be looked into and referred back by 23 october latest.
It is now past close of business 23 october and still no word from them or even a reply to my email.
They have every right to refuse me for insurance, i have no issue with that. They have no right to keep my money; that is theft!! I am a single parent and 12k is a lot of money to me. Meanwhile i am uninsured and unable to purchase a policy with a more reputable organisation until i get my refund.

My name – r thilagavathi. I have taken health insurance policy for rs500000/- policy no.120100/12001/2016/a005425/pe00199236 on 30.03.2016. Renewal premium debited for the year 2017 also during march2017. During 2018, premium debited from my account with in 30days from the date of the duedate. I. E. During april 2018. But the premium again recredited to my sb account during june 2018. I have informed the agent, bank about this. But nobody have given me any valid reply. But the agent told me to remit the premium for the year 2018, so that the coverge willbe given from the starting period. With his promise, again i have remitted premium during november 2018. Along with me, i have taken 2 other policies for my husband and son also, each for rs.500000/-. But to my utter dismay, back date coverage was not given for my policy. I have tried several times. But my problem not solved. Your company representative replied very rudely. So i want to discontinue all the 3 policies from your company. My a/c should not be debited towards premium for this year.
