I purchased Baleno car on 1st Jan’20 and Tyre got damaged in Dec’20 and, raised to complaint to NEXA service center then they contacted Apollo Tyre for this. Apollo Tyre rejected the claim at that time and NEXA took 40% from me and given the new Tyre.
in first week of Jan’21 two Tyre got punctured and unable to repaired. I contacted NEXA and also to Apollo Customer Service care. Out of these two one is OEM fitted and second was replaced one.
Apollo care told that will replace only one Tyre of OEM and NEXA replaced Tyre can’t be covered by us.
Please look into this how Tyre can be bad within 15 days and Why initially Apollo refused for replacement.
Need urgent solution on this.
