I ordered for a fast charger ie adapter and cable on june 3rd and it got delivered on june 5th. I realised its not usable with my iph 11 since the usb c cable isnt compatible with my phone. I have tried explaining apple several times but they are not ready to listen to me, i dont even own an ipad what am i supposed to do with the cable?
I would just need a replacement or refund else neither adapter nor the cable is of any use. This is such dissapointing customer service where they are not ready to help the customer, and i would have spoke to 4 different people and one on chat, she even went ahead and claimed it compatible so does that mean im lying, like i would not even bother to raise a complaint if this would have been done hassle free, at the end of the day apple would have gained a happy customer
