Apple India maple store took my laptop and came up with a diagnosis of battery and screen not working properly. The battery and screen needed to be replaced and they quoted an estimate of 68 thousand Indian rupees which was very high. I paid it because it was still lesser than the price of a brand new Mac laptop. When I received the repaired laptop, it was still not working properly and switching on and off continuously which was the initial issue. I called the technician from the store up and told them that it’s still not working. They took the laptop back and came back to me with another diagnosis of motherboard issue. They asked me to pay another 35 thousand rupees. If I add 68 thousand rupees and 35 thousand rupees that is the price of a new Mac laptop. I was furious because not only was my 68 thousand rupees gone to waste but the technician should have diagnosed the problem correctly in the first go! Do your job right! I refused to pay more and asked them to get it corrected somehow since it was their fault. They sent me numbers of Apple UK customer support and Apple Singapore customer support. Both executives from these branches told me they couldn’t do anything about it and it was up to the same Apple India store to help me. I was put on hold for 2 hours for these calls. I called Apple India store back and told them that they should take accountability. Rather than taking accountability, they sent my laptop back without being repaired despite paying 68 thousand rupees. This all happened in a matter of 3 months during which I had to borrow someone else’s laptop to work from home. 68 thousand rupees is no small amount of money and I feel extremely angry and cheated at the way they handled the case. At the very least they should’ve diagnosed the problem correctly in the first go citing a mother, battery and screen issue and given the correct price for repair.

I have an apple watch which has a problem of batter draining to 40% without the use. I have submitted the watch thrice to the service centre and they personally used the watch and found that the problem was much more and they sent the watch to the Bangalore apple care for the repair but they always return the watch without repairing.
I also had a word with apple support but got zero service from them. I am very much into this matter as i feel i m getting servicely harassed for my own product. Being one of the renowned company i feel ashamed to say how they neglect the customer’s issue.
I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
I complaint about device burning issues with the device but didn’t got relevant solution. Instead I was informed to take the device to the Service Center. I request you to provide a replcaement for my device
I bought iphone X in early 2019 . After one year some software glitch came and i raise complaint on apple support about green screen but it got fixed automatically the next day i dont know how . Now again it has started erupting again, the screen gets green from upper left corner and the camera quality becomes blurish and all the photos quality which are already in gallery becomes pathetic . This green screen gets away too sometimes . I dont know whether its a manufacturing defect or software issue . I HAVE SHOWED TO APPLE CARE TO AND EVEN THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM. So what should i do please suggest apple company?????
I bought this phone in october 2020, since then the phone is damaged 3 times and the apple customer care does not even care . While I am using it, it suddenly gets switched off although it has 50-60% battery . And this has happened multiple times, and I am fed up of apple services . I can not give my phone to repair for 2 weeks in every 2 months . Moreover the authorised apple dealer of Kolhapur (B2X) does not even have courtesy to pick up calls. You call them anytime of any day they will not pick the call. Bad product, worst service. I was expecting apple to be the best but it has proved that it stands no where in the competition . It was my wrong decision to buy an apple product, I will not recommend it to anyone. Apple products are a mere waste of not only money but also a customers’ time who has to continuosly ask for help from discourteous so called “Apple Services”. I am also giving my product number so that everyone can check my phone’s status

I was interested in purchasing an apple iphone 12 of 128 gb purple one. I contacted the city center Apple store of siliguri west bengal on 11th of July 2021 (Sunday) which was my nearest outlet, I was told that they has the product I needed and need to book the product with an amount of Rs 2100/- so that I can come any day aftewards and collect it on full payment and they will sen me the link for payment of booking amount, as I waiting for the link for payment but I didn’t receive any therefore I thought of visiting the store the immediate next day i.e Monday 12th July 2021, when I reached there I was told the product is already sold to some other customer. Now what I was told is that they had another Apple store at sevoke road siliguri west bengal and they had the same product with them which is almost 3km to 4 km from the previous store, I was told to visit that sevoke road store on order to book the product before it gets sold. I immediately rushed to that stored an book the product with an amount of Rs 2100/- as I was told by the store personel and I received the bill for that amount through whatsapp, now again when I visited the store on 17th July 2021 in order to purchase my booked product I was being misguided by telling that they received an call that the customer wants to collect the product from the other store present at city center siliguri and therefore they had shifted my booked iphone 12 to that store, unnecessarily they were harashing us on purchase of the product. Lastly after wait of 2hours I was being informed that they had sold the product which was booked by me to some other customer and they are unable to give me booked product and asked me to claim the booking amount through mail which I had paid.
It is very painfull to say that such type of behaviours are being rendered by the Apple store present in siliguri west bengal.
Kindly look into the matter so that this may not repeat with any other customes.
It is a very shameful act.
The reputation of apple is being at stake.
On July 8 I took appointment for replacement of my right AirPod pro due to cracking sound my appointment was of 11:20 and they took me at 12:40. I literally had to wait 1 hr and 20 min after which yesterday I got the right AirPod pro replaced and at the store it was not working and they told me to charge it for some time I charged it for 2 hrs but then too it was not working at all I contacted Apple support they told me various steps to do I did the same but also no result and finally they told me to take it back to the service center which I took it today morning they took 1hr 30 min to finally get to know that the right replaced AirPod pro is not working and only the left one is working so they took it again for replacement and now they told that it will take 2-3 days
And I asked that what gaurantee do you give that this problem will not occur again after second replacement they told me that they can’t give me a gurantee
What if the second replaced AirPod also doesn’t work I will have to go again and again to the store ? it literally takes me 1/2 an hour to reach the store
It’s like i can’t trust Apple any more
I have purchased iphone XR 128 gb. In the June 6th and from day 1 I had mic issue only on voice call. Issue type is in ongoing call after 2 min the other end people can feel that voice keeps decreasing slowly and goes totally off and again after 30 sec voice start increase… Due to lockdown I took the mobile to plant care located in Indiranagar and they took Device and they sent it to apple and after 7days I received a replacement device… Where again the issue was repeating… Again the Device has submitted … So nearly 10 days gone I don’t have any backup device also … I was struggling a lot on behalf of your service as well the quality … All my family members use to buy apple products because of their quality and reliability but here fishy… Please give a best solution now atleast
