I purchased my apple laptop in july 2020. Every apple product has a 1 year warranty with it if there is no physical or liquid harm done to the product. There was and issue with my laptop display I was seeing black vertical and horizontal limes on my laptop. It wasn’t working properly. I spoke with the customer care and they told me that there is a hardware issue with my laptop and advised me to go to the nearest apple service centre for the repair and they told me that if there is no physical harm to the laptop then they will be repairing it for free. This morning I went the apple service centre near me and showed them my laptop they told me that there is an internal damage in my laptop and asked me to pay ₹31, 999 for the repair although they accept it that there is no physical or liquid damage to my laptop but still they are not doing the repair as a part of there warranty. While checking the laptop they pressed my screen so hard that the issue has raised more and due to that the half of the screen is non-visible which has left me no option other than get it repaired. It just has 5 months that I have purchased my laptop after saving a lot of money. I have raised this issue to there customer care helpline but no one is willing to help me. Please look into this and help me resolve this matter.
