I am writting this mail with all humiliation and unprofessional response that I have been facing past few months from comany like APPS DAILY.
I have given SAMSUNG E7 to RAJ NAGAR GZB STORE on 27th JUNE 2016.

I have received an email after 4-5 days that my claim has been rejected for whatever reasons. So I was expecting my damaged handset to be delivered to me as it is.Staff (only 01 person) is not at all aware about any thing. Dont know for what they have been hired for.
But, till date i.e.14th July 2018 (Apprx 2 years)…my handset has never been returned.
I personally have been to store many times in 2016 but useless visits with no concrete response. But the staff is best in APOLOGIZING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE caused to me. Response from Store keeper : ” Sir your handset has been sent to mumbai for repairing, and we are unable to trace your handset whether it has been couriered or not. But till date we have not received it. We will contact you once we recieves it”
Currently there is NO STORE there to visit and take follow up on my request
DO YOU GUYS WANT ME TO TRAVEL TO MUMBAI TO HAVE MY HANDSET BACK. Is this what you all wanted me to do now.
I NEED MY HANDSET BACK ASAP ALONG WITH RS.500/- THAT HAVE BEEN PAID UPON SUBMITTING THE PHONE. ELSE REIMBURSE ME THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF MY HANDSET OF WHAT IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED i.e. Rs.18, 000.
REALLY HAD PATHETIC AND WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.
