Please refer to the below online payment for Aramex AWB [protected], amounting to Rs 689.03 made by me;
your delivery partner attempted delivery of the shipment to us but did not deliver it to us as he demanded Cash of Rs 689.03 again
the delivery partners (DELHIVERY) AWB no was[protected] for which I had also received an SMS(DEMANDING MONEY AGAIN) on my mobile-[protected].
It is very surprising that your delevery partner even after seeing the WEB payment receipt did not deliver the product It appears
that there is no proper sync between you and your delivery partner.
please take steps to update payment received by your office and resend the parcel to us urgently.
