I was expecting my shipment from hongkong…recently I got shifted to a new house..so address was changed…I tried to contact aramex people..they were not helping me out ..mailed them all my documents…for address amendment procedure..they were nt checking them properly..they were saying..this is missing n this is improper..they work as in they are in some government setup
.specially this jyoti Dhingra..when I spoke at delhi customs office and explained my issue..they said I will get my shipment..they approved address amendment procedure with 1000 rupees charges..still aramex ppl has not updated it in system..they are not filing bill of entry fo clearance..they are wasting alot of time..I paid alot of shipping
.then also its already 10 days..they dun call from there side abt the glitch..customer care is pathetic..very slow…I would never use aramex again for any of my shipments in future…better to choose yitongexpress or grandslamexpress or dnj express..but not aramex..
