I am student of Aakash institute, Ranchi. I am studying in class xi our class started 1&1\2 month before our school started. During the summer holidays our class time is extended which is very hectic. We cannot understand what is taught in the coaching . If this time exists we would soon become patients before becoming doctors.
I want to tell you that if you can help in getting the time normal please help. And this is the only coaching i have seen no holidays are given please at least give us 1 week holiday.

I had ordered for an Aakash i-tutor (Medical) for my daughter Sophia Khirani studying in class 11th on 20.06.2014. I paid the whole 2 year program fees in advance and was assured that the i-tutor would reach me within 15 days. However, inspite of repeated calls, I got the same on 11.07.2014.
On receipt of the same, I found that the tablet is asking for user id and password. I personally went to the local office and they asked me to contact the Delhi office. I have contacted the Delhi office at least 7 to 8 times till then. Every time, I was told that the technical department would call back. Till date no response has been received for my complaint and the problem has not been solved. This is shocking for an institute like Aakash on which I trusted and paid the whole two year course fee in advance.

dear sr have regsiterd and took admssion in aakash online coaching but thier is a techincal problem sir i have written exam from 1 to 6, 8. but sir i coudlnot save and submit 7th and 9th exam sir my internet running good then still it is showing internet not working properly plz sir response as early as possible sir exams are their in few days sir

Hi,
My brother enquired at AKASH SAHARANPUR, UP for the PMT preperation and had submitted 11k as the registration amount after some scholarship discount .But unfortunately the very next day my father got severly sick so we had to drop the idea of mbbs and I asked him to notify at the institute that he will not be joining.He went the next day and till then neither he had taken any study material nor he had attended any classes and when asked for the refund of some.portion of the registration amount, he was refused. Then they made me talk to a senior guy named VMVM who agreed with me that a refund should be given asked me to give him a months time to process the request anand agaftafter chasing for 1 month the final reply I have got is that it cant be refunded.
My question here is to AKASH and its pathetic policies where a person who could not join after submitting registration amount due to some unavoidable circumstances cant even expect a part o the amount as a refund.
After this experience with AKASH I am gonna make sure that no on in my circle atleast goes for your institute where money of the student is not at all valued and is charged without taking the services.
I know even after this complaint nothing will be done because so far I have realized that AKASH is run by bunch of hopeless people who are running it on student's money without giving services.

Dear sir,
My son Anurag kumar jha has joined in IIT-JEE Main and advanced cource for the year[protected] in 2015, but but personal problems he has attended only one class and decided to quit, so i talked to the branch manager of maninagar ( ahmedabad, gujrat) branch and discucced about the situation, he told me that your admission fee as well as the first instalment of tution fee will be refundeand your regestrition fee will be not refunded, i agreed and than he filled a form for refund. I came back from the branch now and waiting for your response, Now i had got a call before some days to collect the refunded amount. i went on branch and they told me that only your First instalment of tution fee will be refunded as per the rules.
So here by i am requestiing you that please look into my situation and refund my total amount, because the boy has attended only one day and i belongs to a lower middle clas family and can not afford such type of damage. so please do needful as soon as possibe i am looking positive towards you.
Sir i am writing this complain from last sunday my complain number is Service requect no-#3159265 but till now i havenot got any response from your side this is very serious so please look the matter positevily.

This is Ms Imon Mitra, interested in Aakash's DLP AIATS mock test programme.
As per your instructions, I have submitted the fees for the above on 10th September 2014 through Axis Bank BNA machine and has got the receipt with the bank seal. But when I went to the Kolkata Deshapriya Park Branch, they were not ready to accept the receipt and are not ready to take the receipt as valid document though the receipt clearly shows the date and time of deposit, account number and transaction number. The money has been credited to Aakash account as I verified from the bank, but Aakash Institute has not acknowledged about it even. I have also been harrassed for the reason so I had to rush back to the bank and they said that no other receipt is possible for such BNA transfer and the receipt which I enclosed here is the clear proof and no other document from the bank is needed .
It seems that my money is taken by Aakash Institute but the service for which I paid is not received and in spite of full payment, my enrolment is incomplete.
The bank receipt is hereby enclosed.

Respected sir,
I am Ragav Vikraman.T from Coimbatore.I joined Aakash lately and attended just two classes.Due to my school studies and other problems I wished to change my course to i-tutor and requested to refund the balance.Initially they said that they will refund the remaining but now I did not get any response from them.Recently when I called them, they said that I didn't even mention the word refund and said(lied) that I didn't even return the form which was given by them.Now I don't want any course modifications, please make them to refund our money since I am from middle class family I SUFFERED A LOT.Please accept my plea and take neccessary action as soon as possible

Dear Sir,
Even after our repeated follow up regarding the problem faced by our ward Ranjini Laskar while Trying to Down load her Admit Card for the coming AIATS test scheduled on 26th nothing has been sorted out as yet & your Portal is always showing 'Invalid Credential' with the User IDs & Passwords provided by you.
Since Ranjini has successfuly appeared for the Online Test(dt, 5th Oct) with the Same User ID/Password-It seems that Her Admit Card have not been Uploaded from your end properly.
Your office as well as Local Aakash Centre is also closed as understood today due to ongoing Dewali.
Tomorrow(25th Oct, Saturday) being the Last day for Getting this Admit Card-We request an prompt and sincere action at your end so as my Daughter can obtain her Admit Card Positively by tomorrow without any further harassment and Delay.
It is also apparent that Aakash Institute would also arrange for some Provisional arrangement/Permission in case they can not upload the Admit Card on time-due to any technical problem.

This grievance is against the branch of Aakash Institute in Bhagalpur, Bihar. My name is Purva Verma and i took admission in the month of july of this year 2015 for preparation of engineering competitive exams in the target batch for AIEEE in Aakash Institute at Bhagalpur. At the time of admission i paid Rs 22800 through check. Within 3 days i applied for cancellation of my admission in the institute for some reason. They said according to the Aakash's norms they will refund around Rs6000 within 15 days but they did not do that. When my mother went to the institute regarding this complain they said that my cancellation is in process and i will get my money soon. Now its 4 and a half months passed away after i applied for my cancellation still i didn't get my refund amount back. Few days back i called to the institute and asked about it they said that "i am sorry Purva, you will not get any refund amount as your admission was done late."
Respected Sir/Ma'am, i just want to ask one question to you that if this was the reason then why you didn't tell me at the time when i was applying for the cancellation or after one or two months when i repeatedly complained for not getting my money back. May be i would have changed my mind and continued studying in that institute. Why after 4 months you are coming up with this excuse. I dont want my money. Keep it with you. Just give me a logical clarification that why you gave me this lame excuse after 4 months why not you said this at the time of cancellation.
You guys show your best part at the time of admission. Behaves so well that you are the only one who is concern about our carrier and money and when somebody wants to leave the institute at that time while giving just Rs6000 you behave in this way. Though you are already keeping 70% of our complete paid amount.
I called to the institute to ask for reason how come my admission was late when i paid fee on time that too on the very first day and i have the paining date written on the receiving i got as well as the date written on the check i gave to the institute. They didn't even talk but ignored by simply saying that network is not clear i'll call you back, but they never did.
So this is a humble request to the institute that stop making fool to your costumers and please at least give me a proper justification of this kind of ill behavior. Apology is not at all expected from your institute anymore.
