Hello,

I would like to draw everybody's attention to the fact that, Aakash Institute is and in all probabilities, always was an Institute which is absolutely money minded. The MD of the company just thinks about money and favoritism. Nobody in the institute gets his/her dues, be it a teacher or a student. Students are robbed of the education they should get after paying such a hefty amount as fee. Moreover they fire their faculties without any notice at all, and simply terminate them by forcing them to sign letters by non ethical means, leaving the teachers with absolutely no choice. A teacher having spent a considerable amount of time giving his/her time and efforts is not even given an experience certificate, which in the end means that the person was without a job during that time.

I would hereby suggest all aspiring teachers, never opt to be a faculty in Aakash institute, as the work culture is absolutely pathetic there, and for students, i hope this mails comes out as an eye opener, being an insider i would say all you students are wasting your money here. They teach you only what has been decided, and more often then not your questions will remain unanswered.

On dated 4 December, 2014 I applied online for Distance Learning Program(DLP) for IIT-JEE (both Mains & Advanced) for my son Vaibhav Singh N. Rawat who is currently studying in class 11 th and paid an amount of Rs.19719 via Payu taxation #[protected] for the said amount was deducted from my account but the Aakash website showed "Transaction Failed" but the amount was neither refunded nor did we receive any information. I am constantly trying to contact them but I am unable to do so as they are not responding.
Please refund my amount.

Your Nagpur branch director,Receptionist,councillors etc.are very shameless,Rude,Irresponsible and what not.After a repeated complaints regarding Education(Faculties),Food ,Accomodation in hostel.We jointly (approx.100 parents) made a complaint in detail personally,Via E-mail,Telephonic etc.But your Nagpur branch persons are not turning up.Students are Hospitalized due to poor quality of Food/Accomodation Now stage is very dangerous,All the parents are interested in prosecuting the matter as well cspreading through Media.Every individual have large no.of contact list.If the matter goes like that it will be difficult for you and your reputation.Hope you understand

I am student of Dropper's Medical Batch RM-07 at Surya Nagar Branch Jaipur
For the last 3 weeks the number zoology is around 1 class a week
There is no correlation between displayed Time-table and actual schedule
Academic Head Mr. Atul is constantly harassing us so that we merge into another batch.

I have taken Distance Learning Programme from Aakash institute and found the study material quite useful, so i joined crash course for aipmt 2014 at BATHINDA branch. i was told that no. of students per batch would be approx. 45 but within 2 days i realised that all the promises were fake as the students in my batch were more than 80 which made me difficult to understand the concepts due to overcrowding. After two days of commencement of course, my dad inquired about the batch size and he was shown a record of only 45 -50 students per batch but it was false information that was being provided by management .
At the time of admission it was told that all the doubts will be cleared and later they told that doubt clearing is not the part of crash course.
I found the course a waste of time because all the promises were fake and left it at fourth day. I suffered a huge lose of money as the fee was non refundable about which i was told later.
Suitable action must be taken against Bathinda branch, so as to maintain the repo of institute and for goodwill for other students as well.

I undersigned the student of one year medial(or-01) of
kalyan branch is writing you a letter for facing a severe
inconvenience by studying in aakash for maths.I had joined maths class
in july in kalyan branch in a great hope of scoring a appreciable
marks, but all was in vain.As per their claim they said they will
organise maths lecture twice a week but rather the claim was false and
organised once a week maths for class 12 cbse.In the month of august 2014
they did not even set up a single lecture inspite of repeated
complains of organising a lecture and moreover in the month of
september they combined cbse with hsc board lectures for which I
faced a great inconvenience and failed in my unit test exam of school
because out of three chapter comming in the exam they merely completed
one chapter, even they had taken a 2 week gap in between.They are even
not organising a test after completion.I and my parent then proceeded
for complaining about the same they said they will organise the
lecture twice a week but unfortunately a false claim again, then we
proceeded for assistant director and they said they cannot do anything
I will have to manage the same or go for full refund we decided to
wait for a week but realised that 12th maths cannot be completed in a
proper way if conducted once a week and applied for refund and gave 2
written application when my parent asked for the status of the
application they called my parents in the branch and
said no refund will be provided, we argued for this but this shows us
the spoken word has no value in aakash because he said about refund
and now he is telling you will get noo refund after a severe arguement
they finally accepted and now it is about a 6 months to go no information
nothing about the status of refund letter.So please do not ever even join for maths this inconvinience is also faced
by some of my colleagues…

My daughter savi was admitted in Panipat Branch of Aakash Institute in 2012-14 batch. After completion of one year my daughter was not interested in your institute.
Than on dated 02.04.2014 my self give in written to your Panipat branch that my daughter is not interested for 2013-14 and you are requested to please give me the post dated cheque return from 01.04.2014 onwards.
After many personal visit & lot of telephones they are not responding.
This is not fare.
I think I will give a RTI and than go to Consumer court.

I am a student of Aakash, kerala, calicut I think this institute is the worst institute i've ever seen in my life.
i'm a student of class 12. i've not recieved any books of 11th standard which is included in my package
the receptionists here are just so rude to the students and parents if they come to complain, they just continue to argue with us Due to some health problems I was not able to attend classes in february and March and I informed in the institute about this Now they are telling that since I didn't attend the class I will not get the books of plus one which was distributed to others . Me or my parents were not informed about this I paid the complete fees also. please take necessary action towards this so that this may not happen to any student in future. It is the responsibility of the institution to make sure that all enrolled students get all the books if they have paid the fees

Dear Sir,
My son Malay Shekhar had taken admission in your Aakash Institute, Kapoorthala Bagh Branch, Lucknow vide Registration Number 104/2013/ER01312/000650 for 2 year JEE 2015 and we had paid the full course fee through Advance Post Dated Cheques as directed by the Institute in 6 EMI. Malay attended the course for the full first year but could not continue it in the second year due to unavoidable circumstances. He did not attended the class in the second year since beginning and informed the Institute over phone. As we were away from the town, we contacted the Institute in the first week of May 2014 and requested to refund the remaining course fee. We were refunded only 2 Post dated Cheques by the Institute instead of three cheques and one Cheque was not refunded to us on the ground that it has already been en cashed. My point is, when the student did not attended the course in the second year, the full unused amount of remaining one more cheque No 431257 Dt 04/04/2014 for Rs 16067/= should also be refunded by the Institute.
In our view, Aakash Institute maintains a respectable standing and should honor my request and refund the unutilized amount of one more cheque.

I am student of Aakash institute, Ranchi. I am studying in class xi our class started 1&1\2 month before our school started. During the summer holidays our class time is extended which is very hectic. We cannot understand what is taught in the coaching . If this time exists we would soon become patients before becoming doctors.
I want to tell you that if you can help in getting the time normal please help. And this is the only coaching i have seen no holidays are given please at least give us 1 week holiday.
