I have booked new Luminous Battery + inverter from bangalore to vedaranyam ABT office (LR. No:879947) on 28/11/2020 (Rs. 1550). I have picked the parcel yesterday (04/12/2020). But the battery parcel is received in open condition and it got demaged also.they have charged 100 rupees as unloading charges.

The vedaranyam office is not in good condition. It is in old condition and inside the building rain waters are there. There is no safety for the customer’s parcel.

Now battery inverter is not working. I am totally disappointed with this service from this reputed company (ABT).Rs-16730/- worthy product is got wasted by the parcel service. Who is responsible for this?

Dear sir,

I booked my two wheeler from Musiri to Medavakkam chennai by ABT parcel service on 13th Nov 20. I received my vehicle on 18th Nov 20 with damage condition. I asked delivery agent but they didn’t provide proper reason. So kindly request to give proper reason to customer and take action about this issues and solve this problem.

As a customer when i faced a problem in delivering my material from ganapathy branch. i had given a complaint to the abt parcel service Head office and they have also warned them to give me a good service since i am receiving material parcel every week through them.
Today the agent got angry on me when i went to take delivery my goods and he is questioning me how can i give a complaint against them to HO. i said its my rights as a customer to give a complaint to HO against any agents when i didn't get good service. such a peoples are handling the agency of ABT.
i was dealing with them last four years and from the day one i am facing problems one way or other. i have also informed about all the issues to DGM of parcels but they are not able to take any actions against the agents.
infact its really head ache to track our parcels after booking.Never work their online tracking system. i use to call 5 to 6 office peoples in different place to track my parcels that too 10 to 15 time.where as if i book through FEDEX or TCIXPS we can track on our mobile itself.no need to waste my money as well as time .
After 4 years of trail i understood never change ABT Attitude no meaning of giving complaints also its waste of our time understood now . so whtever happend no do business with ABT PACELS, , , FIT FOR NOTHINGS ALL

I am from Christ School, Anjugramam, Kanyakumari. Two months before covenant publishers sent a parcel to our school. since it wont reached after one month we searched the phone number of ABT parcel service, Nagararaja coil Nagarcoil from internet. They told that it didn't reached their. Within this time we called 9 times, but we didn't get any good response from the office. Today they found the parcel and they sent a postal card that i have to pay the rent of the warehouse… its absolutely the fault of your office at nagarcoil. they are now telling new stories to cover up their fault. I am not ready to pay anything. I need the parcel if not I will move legally against you. My parcel number is 9990777

I booked an a parcel from Trivandrum to Bangalore on[protected]. and I paid 700 for Home delivery.
[protected] Saturday I got a call from ABT Person from Bangalore and he asking about how to reach?, that time am told am not in city please come on[protected] Monday. But They not delivered on Monday. when I call on Monday they will tell 12 PM, 2PM, 4 PM, 6 PM… After that[protected] am told if you cant deliver please inform I will take from your office. they promise surly they will deliver on that day. finally one person come with my parcel in 4.30PM. After Getting my Delivery signature He give me another bill and asking 200 Rs Extra for delivery. And he shouting much sound. I told I will never give any more money. He behaving like a rowdy and made more noise in front of my apartment. I didn't given more money. But he damaging my name in my place, people think am not paid some thing.

Please Never deal with ABT Parcel. Un trustable Company.

About Viswanathapuram Branch:
The customer handling is very poor. They doesn't know the very manners.
If I ask on single query/doubt about my getting my parcel receiving, they are telling me to meet in the COURT.

That people are like Goondas. If I was lenient, they could have ASSAULT me. But I didn't. Bloody I F_CK Off them. Blast like anything.

Definitely ABT Parcel Service name will be spoiled if its going on the same people & branch.

Hi,
we have booked invitation cards from bangalore to udumalpet(coimbatore district.
we booked it on august 5th morning in sultanpet.,there was a lady in that counter for booking., we told her its very urgent she told us, we will get it on august8th,but when we called ABT parcel service coimbatore head office., they are saying its, still in bangalore and we get after 2 days…no proper response., since its invitation card they is a huge delay in our marriage plan.Itz better to change the lady to make sure all parcel reaches on particular date.Great head ache for us and our parents.

I have a complaint against the ABT, Bangalore branch, Hosur road.
On Mon 18 Jan, 2016, i have given my bike for transfer to my kerala home.
They have charged Rs: 3500 from me but given bill (WB#875166) for only 3042.
Also the delivery date given was 20th Jan but till now i have not got my consignment. While enquiring, i got to know that the parcel is still at aluva hub and according to the aluva branch people, they could not send today because of no space in the truck.
this is very loose and un professional service from ABT. I will not prefer ABT service again.

customer care response: investigation going on…(!!!) through phone…
mailed them twice…no response…
