Our supplier from Theni booked parcel to
Manjeri, Kerala and the weight is only 210 kgs. Normally we get parcels
from Tamil Nadu and it is booked via ARC Travels and the charges for
even above 500 kgs of the same type is below Rs. 2000. But this parcel
from Theni to Manjeri is charged an exorbitant Rs. 6000 by you which is
not at all acceptable. The LR No. is 644005 Hence, we request you to reverse the charges and make it a nominal amount so that we can take up the parcel.
Kindly do the needful in this regard at the earliest.

With reference to above lr ref. 2 parcels booked from surat to ambattur on 29.9.16, after 10 days we received the consignment on 11.10.16 but out of 2 parcel we have received 1 parcel only. we have not got any proper reply about my another one parcel.

I got a complaint no. from branch but there is no proper response from them.

As this consignment having cloth items, i purchased those for diwali fuction. now they are telling that they are unable to locate the 1 parcel.

I badly need that parcel, pls. respond me immediately.

I am writing this complaint just to highlight the security inside the abt maruti guindy dint behave properly to me he told me to come out of the yard without any respect i told i have already booked and i came here to check the interior of my car
As a customer i have all the rights to go and check my car which is already registered on last wednesday
This kind of behaviour will make us to lose the respect on the reputed brand maruti
If actions are not take i will take this to head of maruti suzuki till i get the proper response

I'm dr.jayavel.i booked 60kgs of books as parcel and need to send paramakudi, while booking I was asking cost details, the person in that sholingur abt parcel service replied harshly and told I can't tell details of what you are asking, if you want to book, you book otherwise leave. This s the third time that same person behaving like this.Is this the way to behave with customers??, last December I booked same parcel (60 kg of books plus one foldable table)of now from Thrissur to sholingur which costs around just 500, Nw asking cost around 1200 excluding GST ( plus GST 60), I lost my opinion on abt which I nw think worst service .take necessary actions if you want give good service.

I Anisha Richard, would like to complaint a register regarding parcel service done by ABT parcel company .I received the parcel, unicon byke from kumily, kerala in mumbai office with damage of the front part.Parcel item was send with out any damage to the vehicle to mumbai from kumily kerala agent from ABT.I request to refund the amount of the damage parts or else return the 50%amount paid in ur office.

I booked 16 pack bundle on[protected] in new tinsukia for delivery in new jalpaiguri by the train (Train name – avadh asam, train no.- 15909, date[protected]. I also traveled by same train on[protected]. When i reached new jalpaiguri on[protected] at 6.30 am, i got only 10 pack bundle. Parcel clerk at new jalpaiguri told me that your remaining 6 luggage are in train and could not be delivered at new jalpaiguri by mistake and assured me that whenever train will return back luggage will return back within 3-4 days. Please look into the matter.
