Hello, this is my suggestion regarding the spare parts availability at advaith branches of mysuru including both. Almost all the when ever i need any replacement i visit the advaith service centre but the issue is with the not availability of spare parts any all the instances. You should make sure that all the important spares are available for the particular model of the car, four times i was asked to wait for 7 days to get my car done, come on chennai is not so far to get a spare from there, but the issue is there are 2 advaith in mysuru but both run out of stock, why? Because people trust you and come to your service station so you should have each and every spare parts at least in one showroom, i enquired in bangalore advaith even there the spare was not available. You have plenty of space to keep plenty of spare parts and those spare parts are required day to day by many customers and it is not any loss to keep an additional spare because now day or the other it will also be asked by some customer. So try to keep the spare parts ready at least the important ones like the brake pads, wheel bearings, cabin filter, ac vents, etc.. I have went back many times to star hyundai to get my car job done immediately. Please update because mysuru doesn't want you to loss you value for your customers. Hope this lengthy message will bring some changes in the way you operate. Try to get the spares 3 times a week from chennai, try to keep spare parts in both the service stations in mysuru if not atleast in bangalore, or if we get the spares from 3rd party at least allow your technicians to fit them. So the list goes on, hope this attitude can change in service and spare operations.
