The driver is behaving very rudely with me at kurnool way.

I requested to take my luggage at kurnool stop. He is very angry and not allowing me to take and left me at kurnool and going very rashley. Iam running to take bus later he stopped and got bus.
He is not giving his name also to rose complaint.
I need serious action against this kind of behaviour, running late against time.

Actually i have book the tickets from hyderabad to bangalore on 2301/2018 my pick up point is paradise near ahmed neetha travels at 2:25pm i came at 2:13pm they told the van went i call the customer care num which gave on the tickets they responded we don't know and for catching bus i spend 200 to go another place very worst behavior by coustomer care and the boarding point peoples i plan to file a case regards this issue my num [protected]

Last week, i went to meenakshi amman temple, madurai with my family and had good darshnam. When we about to come out from the temple, there is a way where the east tower is closed due to recent fire accident, one of my cousin tried to visit a god near to that way. For that instance, that security man near to that queue was shouted and used few bad words and showed some bad symptoms over him which is not at all good and especially inside the temple. The person would have around 45-50 age, so i didn't make any shout with him and we just came out from the temple with the loss of the good darshan feeling. The temple management should take severe action on this kind of irresponsible activities.

I travelled by aeon connect bus from palakkad to hyderabad, the ekm-hyd serivce on 4-6-2018. I had ignored orange and booked this bus seeing its high ratings on red bus. Little did i know the agonies that i would face. The scania bus was dirty with unwashed blankets provided to passengers. The ac vent would not stop and heavy blow of cold air all through the night. The driver would go according to his whims and fancies and stop the bus wherever he wanted to.in bangalore alone, he stopped 8 times, sometimes for passengers, sometimes to have a tea and sometimes with no reason. The interiors of the bus was dirty and my body was sore with bed bug bites. He was driving the bus rashly telling his assistant "antha sigappu bus (Kallada travels) mundha vida koodadu. Namma thaan first poganum" (We should not let kallada overtake us. We should overtake and reach first). This was my first with them and obviously, the last with them too. Never again with aeon connect!

Hi i have book a ticket from palakkad to cochin on 11/11/18, and had the departure from palakkad sree aryas stop was 16:30 and had also called the driver by 16:00. As per the driver the during that time the vehicle crossed only walayar and he confirmed vehicle will be at the boarding point by 16:30, by 16:35 when i again called the driver asking the status he said the vehicle crossed the boarding point and the vehicle reached alathur which is 25 km away from the boarding point. The vehicle has went without any information and even no call from the driver. When we tried calling the office address and the driver their was no reponce from either of the parties and even the driver said you may cancel the ticket, and from the cochin office we have called multiple time and didnt have any confirmation about the refund of 840 rupees of the ticket charge. This pathetic service from the travel has incurred us extra loss by hiring some other facilities to complete our journey.

I need to file a complaint against your bus driver who was driving your bus with the registration no. Kl 07 ca 1379. We were in riding in our car with my family in the coimbatore to salem national highway. The driver mentioned above almost showed us the fear of death. He was doing rash driving with 100's of passengers behind him. Is this the way you people provide hospitality to the fellow human being?? We were almost dead unless my father managed to control the car. I demand you to take this as a serious issue and take action against the pre my driver.

Unparliamentary language towards passengers by george ([protected]) when called for information regarding not picking passengers in the aeon connect travels.

I have booked aeon connect travels from bangalore to kurnool, which is scheduled to depart from hebbal esteem mall at 2.35 pm.

We received a call from the bus operator before 15 minutes of departure stating that i should be there at the stop at 2.35 pm exactly, failing which the bus will be moved without any wait.

I have requested the operator to wait for 5 minutes as i was stuck in traffic in a very polite manner.

The operator denied the request in a rude manner and told me that the bus will not wait even a second after 2:35 pm.

Somehow, we have managed to reach the bus stop exactly by 02.37 pm which is just after 2 minutes from the said departure time.

I was right there behind the bus and screaming at the bus operator over phone to stop and they never cared and moved the bus from the bus stop.

We have paid 1200 for each ticket and it is ridiculous not to wait for just 5 minutes. Whenever the bus gets delayed, we wait for the bus hours together.

I need this to be escalated, and i kindly request proper action to be taken against aeon connect travels.

Very unparliamentary language (Hindi) used by aeon connect office representative, george ([protected]) when we called him to know why the bus has been moved without picking the passengers.

– kindly take action against the travels. The same thing may happen to other passengers also. Please, please do not neglect my request
