I was abused by the bus owner himself and asked me to get down from his bus around 75kms before from my actual dropping point in ernakulam instead of ettumanur in kottayam. And this guy told the reason behind that is his bus is already delayed for it's next service to bangalore. What' the heck is this? This # only listed the bus as it's plying between bangalore and kottayam a d how can he just drop anyone at any point of his interest and not giving ears to what a passenger has to say? I have the recording of him abusing me. How can you list such hopeless servicez in your portal without a background check? It's happening for the second time with me with this operator. The owner whose number is [protected] (Some agy george as per truecaller) was such a rude person i have ever met and he speaks as if he is the only one operates scania buses to kerala. And same was the experience with other dew passengers who were left on the way along with me. And all these happened at 8.30pm in the night and what would have happend to a lady passenger if there and left like this at some random places by such a lousy service

I have booked my ticket from bangalore to hyderabad and i was denied to offer blanket and water bottle. When we asked about the same the staff mis behaved with me and also abused.

We are extremely disappointed with the staff behavior and need an apology form the staff.

I choosed to complain as aforementioned problems are repeatedly happening with this travels
1 – never comes on time.last week it was 5 hrs late (Bangalore ernkulam trip). 10/09 it's 4 hours late(Hyderabad – ernkulam).
2 – jerky movements all throughout journey, felt KSRTC is far better
3 – no snacks were given as promised and they gave a drink which will fall in the topmost list of worst drink of my life, cola colored aerated drink in the name of MASS
4 – Hyderabad ernkulam trip they stopped in the night for dinner and after that they didn't stopped in any rest rooms till next day 11.30(destination)
So holding urine for more than 15 hours
ie NO HUMANITARIAN CONSIDERATION
Who ever reading this kindly do take some actions

I have booked a bus from banglore to ernakulam which is cancelled by the bus operator due to Cauvery issue and also i got a message saying that amount will be refunded…Now the problem is when i called to above mentioned number for any other buses and about refund amount…he is saying collect it from Chief Ministers and protests who is causing the issues…his response was weird and have never seen such response from any other travels in India.
POINTING TO AEON CONNECT…I[censored] R NOT INTERESTED TO DO BUSINESS PLEASE DONT GIVE SERVICES TO PUBLIC AND I HAVE SEEN IN COMPLAINTS NO ONE IS LIKELY TO BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN…

Bus journey details from bangalore to hyderabad on 27/09/2017 are pnr: 201201, seat no: a4, reporting time: 01:15 pm, boarding: marathahalli pickup van/bus at 01:30 pm, address: opp. Kalamandir, bus no: ka 01 ae 9659, driver name: aeon connect crew, mobile: [protected].
I have booked aeon ticket from redbus. Source pickup is from marathahalli, bangalore pickup van at 1 30pm and drop to balanagar hyderabad.
Pickup van dropped me at hebbal at 2 50pm and main bus has arrived at 3 40pm. While boarding the main bus i have asked driver what time bus will reach balanagar, he said 1 hr delay madam will keep you posted. Later i have asked him for blanlet and he said please wait will give in sometime, later after crossing ananthpur i have asked conductor for blanket again and he refused to give me blanket saying there is no blanket service provided in day time.
Bus was stopped for dinner break at 7 30pm and i went to driver to ask what time will we reach balanagar, he said that he is not sure and asked me to talk to conductor and conductor at 8 30 he says that bus is too late to drop till balanagar so we will drop you till miyapur and from there aeon pickup van will drop you till balanagar.
At 00:10 these people asked everyone to get down and take pickup van at medhipatnam and when i asked him that sir you said bus will go till miyapur, he was very rude and asked me to take pickup van from medhipatnam itself and then he says that pickup van will not go till balanagar and when i asked him untill sometime back you said pickup van will drop me at balanagar he was so arrogant and started shouting at me and telling me to do whatever i can do but they can not drop me to balanagar, despite of me telling them that i'm alone and can not take private transport at 00:30am. After so much of arguments and requests pickup van driver dropped me at y junction middle of the road at 00:40am and didn't even bother to know how will i go to balanagar at that time. This is the pathatic service provided my aeon connect.

I booked from Hyderabad to Bangalore through goibio for Aeon connect travels. My boarding point was miyapur(near more super market). I reached at that place at the exact time. Just that as i was gone to Hyderabad for the first time, i was not knowing the exact place where the bus will come. I told driver that i am at more supermarket. But he was continuously bluffing and i got confused about what is he saying. There were 2 more markets nearby. But he was not talking clearly. He was no ready to listen.Then i asked auto driver to talk to him as he was the same locality may be he can understand. But auto driver told the location he here-only. I was at the correct place. Just that i have to walk for 4-5 min to reach the bus. I asked the bus driver to do wait for 4 minutes. But he did not listen an departed. He told that come to the next boarding point. About which auto driver told it will cost 350 rs. What the hell is service of this Aeon connect travels. No support to customer. Even i was at the perfect time. And he was not getting so late due to me. When i booked ticket, i received a call and he asked me to stand near more super market, i did so. Then if bus is 3 4 minute walking distance away, what is my fault in that. This is totally intolerable and shameful.

It is building very bad customer impression. What about my money paid for that. It is your fault. Refund my full amount.

I was travelling today with aeon connect (15/10/2017), my pick up point was at s r nagar time 14:15 i got a call from pickup van driver stating i have to be in ameerpet stop by 2 pm. Firstly they changed my pick up point destination and secondly they want me to come before my boarding time. I was ten minutes before my pick-up point stop. Why i have to travel to other place and finally he asked me to come to mehdipatnam. My request dont maintain a service like this if you cannot.

We (5) have travelled bangalore to cochin through aeon travels semi sleeper scania bus (Total prize 6100 for 5 people) bus booked via redbus on 03-nov-2017. Allocated bus were not in proper condition without any preliminary checking and safety precautions had been allocated. Passenger could not sleep bus mainly backside full of noise (Glass break sound). Due to that noise got awake entire journey for that but luckily that cause helps me to notice some of burning smell as well smoke in the bus (All passengers slept) around 2 am at near coimbatore (Travelled 220 km from bangalore). I only informed the driver, he immediately stopped the bus aside away from 60 km coimbatore. It was full smoke and engine oil spilling fumes (Leaking the engine oil). Driver stopped the bus around some time, many of does not what was the issue. Only few passengers know we missed big tragedy and who are argent looked other source of transport. As driver promised we will refund the amount, then we catch another bus after struggled some time and we spent around 4000 rs to reach my destination.

Bus operator and redbus people were not responding, logged 3 times same issue. They were telling we had raised priority, looking into that we will get back within 2 day. Now around 12 day from journey but did not get any response.

Due to that cause we have missed our tour package and lost around 20k.
I asked for refund full amount for below reasons.
1. Safety check not done
2. If it is not noticed on time, that may cause very dangerous event. (About got fire the bus)
3. While boarding only very disturbing sound observe-red, that can be easily identified bus not in proper condition.
4. Failed to re-arrange bus
5. After had this serious event no-one enquired or taken any action.
6. Failed in customer satisfaction.
7. Failed in safety of customer.
I have lost valuable time, money, struggled at midnight-jungle.

Please don't trust this people especially redbus and aeon connect travels. This people runs buses unconditional buses with high prize especially weekend. Government should take action for this.in total 60 people would have been lost the lives in midway of road. (It definitely got fired if not awake and took action.

Due to this i have lost my total tour package and bus charges (Extra charges for 250 km) around spent 4k. (Total we spent 10 k)+ 20 k tour package.

Please look into this and take necessary action for the same refund full of amount which i spent.

This is not the first time am travelling. I am travelling for past 10 years. I have not received any message and call regarding my journey details for the first time and because of this i have missed my bus i missed my flight aswel in bangalore due to ur miscommunication. If the same has happen to you what will be your reaction??? Just think and respond. This is my humble request.
