I travelled by aeon connect bus from palakkad to hyderabad, the ekm-hyd serivce on 4-6-2018. I had ignored orange and booked this bus seeing its high ratings on red bus. Little did i know the agonies that i would face. The scania bus was dirty with unwashed blankets provided to passengers. The ac vent would not stop and heavy blow of cold air all through the night. The driver would go according to his whims and fancies and stop the bus wherever he wanted to.in bangalore alone, he stopped 8 times, sometimes for passengers, sometimes to have a tea and sometimes with no reason. The interiors of the bus was dirty and my body was sore with bed bug bites. He was driving the bus rashly telling his assistant “antha sigappu bus (Kallada travels) mundha vida koodadu. Namma thaan first poganum” (We should not let kallada overtake us. We should overtake and reach first). This was my first with them and obviously, the last with them too. Never again with aeon connect!

Hi i have book a ticket from palakkad to cochin on 11/11/18, and had the departure from palakkad sree aryas stop was 16:30 and had also called the driver by 16:00. As per the driver the during that time the vehicle crossed only walayar and he confirmed vehicle will be at the boarding point by 16:30, by 16:35 when i again called the driver asking the status he said the vehicle crossed the boarding point and the vehicle reached alathur which is 25 km away from the boarding point. The vehicle has went without any information and even no call from the driver. When we tried calling the office address and the driver their was no reponce from either of the parties and even the driver said you may cancel the ticket, and from the cochin office we have called multiple time and didnt have any confirmation about the refund of 840 rupees of the ticket charge. This pathetic service from the travel has incurred us extra loss by hiring some other facilities to complete our journey.

As per ticket it scheduled to arrive at 23.40 at salem kvr circle, i waited from 23 hrs to 1.15 am. as i had to meet my urgent issues at ernakulam, i could not wait any more. more over road became empty at mid night and as you do not have office there, its quite risk to stay any more. i took another bus spending same amount. your bus person called me at 3.33 am of 27 th october. clearly 4 houres late.
Hence i strongly demand my money back. please reply.
Please note that i was the passanger in your bus same day from ernakulam to salem, which was also late.

Very worst hospitality and bus delaly booked for a coimbatore-bangalore on 10th December and journey the same day. No water bottle or blankets were provided throughout the journey. AS per schedule it will reach 11pm in Bangalore but it was delay more than 1 hour and stop the bus in madiwala, and the driver said, the bus will not go majestic but my dropping point is mejestic. Bangalore is first time for me, on the mid night i was spend 350 rupees for taxi. The taxi amount also extra. very very waste fellows.While the journey time they are not stop the bus even to pass the urine, iam very ashamed. i was not eat while traveling after i was reached in bangalore mide night 12am only i was taken dinner.He was no ready to listen. i asked the driver for stop the bus, he said we will reach Bangalore at right time and passenger are waiting for return trip.The staff of the bus are also least customer friendly. Best avoided. There is nor proper co coordinators in Coimbatore. Very bad service and support of Aeon connect travel and arrogant bus driver.What the hell is service of this Aeon connect travels. No support to customer. Even i was at the perfect time. And he was not getting so late due to me. This is totally intolerable and shameful.
Don't suggest to any body.

I booked a bus from salem avr circle to bangalore on 29/04/2017. The bus was supposed to reach avr circle, salem by 5.00pm. But it did not come and i called the number provided while booking and then they told the bus will come to salem only at 7.00pm. When i asked why they did not inform the passengers about it before itself, they cut the call. I find this very rude and i am not able to cancel the ticket also.

My journey was terrible. I had been asked to get down at TamilNadu border during midnight [12:30 AM]. It was happened with all passengers including women and children. On asking, Driver and Conductor responded that we do NOT have permit to drive in Karnataka hence you have to get down at Tamilnadu Border and continue further journey in Regular and NON-AC Bus.

On asking of alternate AC bus, driver replied that only NON-AC bus is available. If you want AC bus then You can arrange by your own. According to him, he is doing favor to passenger to provide alternate Bus during midnight.

Bus Detail: On boarding, I have NOT received water bottle and snacks [promised on Aeon Connect Website]. On top of, AC switch was NOT working properly and attendant [looks like cleaner] reply was also rude and I had disturbed him in night.

As I was not feeling well and had fever hence I faced tremendous problem while coming from Tamilnadu border to Bangalore [Foram Mall].

Could you please take serious action against the Aeon Connect Travel.

Ernakukam-bangalore. The worst experience one could ever have. They did not pick me up at my borading point Trippinitura and asked me to come to vytilla. Then the bus was over 3 hours late. We were starving inside the bus as they wouldn't stop for lunch. After asking so many time by many passengers they stoped for lunch after 3pm. We reached bangalore at around 12am. They did not stop for dinner break and did not drop me at my droping point. When i asked them about this . They said go and complain. These kind of services should be Shut Down!!!

This has been one of the most disgusting experiences that I've ever had travelling in a bus. It goes to show how these operators are only bothered in ripping you off with exorbitant amounts as bus ticket prices, and do not give a heck for your well-being. So, this is how it went…
Journey Details: Bus: AEON Connect Scania Multi Axle Semi Sleeper (2+2). Reporting time: 11:15 PM. Fare : Rs. 1600. Vehicle No: KL 07 CA 1639. Crew PH : [protected], AEON Owner PH :[protected].
I boarded the 11:30 PM bus from Madiwala, heading towards Aluva. I was carrying a laptop bag (with a laptop in it) that didn’t weight more than 4-5 kilos at the most. I was initially told to leave the bag in the luggage store area between the other bigger bags from other customers. I clearly couldn’t let that happen because the bus driver and the crew member didn’t behave properly starting right then and gave no assurances to the . My laptop also wouldn’t have been safe between other larger bags. Hence I decided to keep it inside the bus, in the overhead space. Then after few hours I realized that seats full of bedbugs, totally Helpless.
At around 6:30 in the morning, almost near Palakkad, I felt nauseous and had a very intense sensation to vomit. I was diagnosed with an Intestine Infection on 4th Feb and was very weak. Being an AC bus, with the windows all closed, I could only think of requesting the bus crew to stop the bus for a minute so that I could puke and get back on. They were very aggressive in their reply and said they won’t stop even for a second citing traffic. I was forced to throwing up inside a plastic bag in a moving bus. I do not wish this even on my worse enemies.
Once I reached Aluva, where I was supposed to get off the bus, I confronted the bus driver as to why he didn’t stop. The bus driver got up from his seat, took a very aggressive posture and pushed me out of the bus. It escalated to pushing and shoving between myself and the bus crew member and the driver. Luckily there were a few policemen where I got down and they intervened. I was very weak, and had an extreme sense of having been wronged. It clearly isn’t the kind of treatment any passenger deserves. All I asked for was for the bus to stop for 2 minutes!! Not only did they not stop, they also threatened to beat me up.
After I reached home, I rung the owner of AEON travels, who was least bothered to listen to my grievance. I feel cheated, abused and exploited in this bus trip and will never ever be using AEON again. A very big warning to anyone using Redbus to book tickets: Please choose the travels carefully and as much as possible, avoid these expensive and troublesome bus rides.
I will be putting this up on whichever forum I can to create awareness.

On may 1, 2017, i booked for coimbatore to ernakulam. At the boarding time of 2.45 pm i was told, the bus was cancelled
Their kerala office informed the refund will be made automatically. To day i found no credit in my card account. Pls refund with interest. On the same day i lodged a complaint also through redbus. No response. If not i will proceed with legal course.

I tried to reserve ticket from hyderabad to kochi on 20/5/2016 for a ticket on 23/05/2016 in the name of my son vishnu vijayan. Payment made through netbanking, amount 2168 was deducted from my sbh account but ticket was not booked due to some error. Thinking that money will come back again ticket was booked through internetbnking for the sameday. Two times money was paid. On the same date the matter was informed to your office replied, please wait money will come back. Over phone i havebeen in touch with your office till today. Once they suggested to check with the banker. Banker washed off his hands. Please do the needful immediately without troubling the real customers of your service.
