We have renewed our airlink wireless account for scheme of 20 gb for 1 and half year paying 4500

Since the day of renewal i, e aug 5th we are not having internet connection for at least one hour a day

I have registered complaints many times
They are not rectifying till now

They every time send a sms saying the issue is resolved. But after few minutes again the same thing continues

I have registered my complain before 7days, still no one come and solve my issue, when m remind my complain then always i get ans ur complain already registered he, if its registered then y u r not solved, i[censored] dont want to solve my problem give refund. Before 15 days these service is not working for 13days, after that it will resove when m go office and complain strickly, but these time no one ans us.

I have complai t to airlink for not working of internet on around 24-25 october 2019 and id was [protected] and they and with in 2 day the problem was solve. But now a day still internet. Not working and i made compleint they ans within day the problem was solve the give me the not the solutuon and todays id was [protected]
So i want proper solution theya are tacken full money but not give proper service and always in week 1 day the intermet was off and the not erc the call and when i call them the cut when i am make the complaint they are not listen even my full problem and cut the phone call

Never recommending to opt airlink, worst or more than worst service provider.. Pathetic staff, my internet connection is not working since 1month lots of complaints i have made but they ar i do not resolving and always replying that in 1 or 2 days they will resolve. Ghatia and cheap quality staff even they are illiterate simple and don't know how to talk to any customer

Poor service and regular disconnectivity is the identity of this company. Every now and then they disconnect the internet and again restart it after 3 days. Poorest service and worst customer service support. Always complaining about it. Toi many losses faced near about 5 lakh because of loss of net connection. List of complaints attached. Even paid in advance why we need to face such poor service and even losses because of loss of internet for 3 days in a week. I want compensation and regular internet service.

Once they gave a package. They are lease bother for services as our whole commercial building is facing a problem from last 15 days without internet. Our business is in problem as we are facing a big loss without online business. Customer care people dont have knowledge and they have only one answer that after 2 days if will start there is a problem in the cable system. Still complaining from last 15 days it has not resolved please take some necessary actions and do needful for our refund.
