I baught 4 tampered glasses paying $7 including shipping on 23 feb 2017. Still did not get it. Every time i Message seller they say you will get it. Aliexpress tracking shows delivered on 21 march in mumbai. again this shows in april its on distribution center in mumbai.

how is that possible if its delivered it should not show in april on distribution center first of all .. second thing i ordered for Bangalore.

When i tried reaching out them they say its delivered. which is not. called on numbers given below .. they picked and disconnected. never picked call after :[protected]

I purchased a lace front wig.. The wig wasn't what i expected it was too thin and too short. I spoke with nana lots of time to resolve this, she forward me to her manager and we texted and talk to each other. To send this wig back for a replacement or refund will cost me 47.00 and i paid 95.00 for the wig. So to make a long story short we had come up with a way to resolve this. But i haven't heard from them again. I was asked numerous times not to give the company a bad review… Well i lost money on something i can't use…

I made shopping with the coupon I won from the aliexpressden coupon campaign. I bought an item that I needed urgently, paid the fee by credit card but aliexpressin did not work and canceled this shopping. There is no problem when I sell the inflated products. AliExpress coupon campaigns and discounts are a trick. AliExpress is fooling users, it's a form of fraud. I do not want a solution and I do not want another solution, I would like to send the money to the side of my product

I ordered two men's watches on 22 april 2017. At gurgaon from aliexpress. When u tracked my order it shows package delivered on may 6, 2017. But i didn't receive my order. Ans also it shows last tracking detail some where in kolkata. But order was supposed to be delivered in gurgoan. Very annoying service from aliexpress. Kindly look into this and refund my money back.

Hi.. I hv ordered total 33 orders together out of which many got cancelled by vendor but did not receive the payment yet. And didn't received any order but it's showing order finished or delivered. I bought stuff worth 7000rs and i received all of them. There were 15 items i guess out of which only 5 were acceptable to me & rest were a waste!
When i asked for a return or a refund then a page would open saying your account is temporarily out of service and then they signed me out from the app too! I had no clue where did my order go? Plus i had to throw 10 items in the bin. The quality was so bad. Please do something about these websites, we wont be able to trust online shopping and that should effect your business economy.

I ordered the following item from aliexpress: women fashion vintage crystal peacock eardrop christmas accessories 4ed354.

I received a bunch of toerings or some such piece of jewelry. Since then, i have been repeatedly complaining to customer care/grievance redressal, to no avail. Despite havjng provided all the evidence i have at my disposal, and following aliexpress's instructions regarding disputes, they refuse to refund my money.

I have provided evidence of the original item as shown in the aliexpress app, image of the item i received along with the package in which it arrived, the orders page in which the tracking id correspondes with the package. I have no clue what else i can show to prove that i did not receive the item i ordered, and this is clearly looking like a scam to me.
