I have placed online order to Infibeam one power bank pp70000 which was delivered by ambrane India by paying cash of Rs. 1030/- on 14/12/2015
After taking delivery and their instruction I charge the same power bank for 10 hours but, It was faulty and was not in working condition so every next day I have contacted Ambrane India and explained my problem. They guided me to to give power bank to their Mumbai service centre, so thrice I have submitted the power bank to them but, problem was not resolved by the. Once again I have contacted Delhi Office and they have arrange picked up the same on 19/02/2016 from Mumbai. Now almost one month have passed but still neither they have delivered my power bank nor they have given replacement. Every now and then they are giving excuses for the same.
So by this mail I the undersigned hereby requesting your good sake to look in to this matter and give me justice.

Ambrane people are selling chinese products under their names. My power bank was removed by airport security as it does not contain m a h return on it. The security people told me that any ambrane product is not allowed on flight as m a h is not written on its product even after complaining to ambrane and they did not listen to me and try to waste my time i would request all not to buy any ambrane products. I took an ambrane tablet in April 2016 and soon an issue popped up with charging port as expected, hence I visited one of service centre (Java telecom) in Borivali West. They repaired my device on chargeable basis in month of August 2016 and I got my device back, I was dissatisfied with the kind of device being repaired. The entire body was not properly fixed, the was problem with volume key and I returned back device later on volume key issue was fixed, however when I came back home I came across another issue and this time it was with volume of device as there was no volume on speaker.
I have no idea what to do and where to go coz I have no confidence in that service centre people. They didn't even gave me any recipet for the charge they have collected from me for the charging port issue.
I purchased a powerbank of this company through flipkart in october 2015. They have delieverd me a defective powerbank after 20 days o[censored]se it started giving problem and powerbank was not working. As i was out of station i was not able able to replace powerbank in a month from my original address. After that i asked this company to replace me the new powerbank. But since that day i have send this product 4 times. Every time the technicians send me the product in the same condition. Even after promises since last month of replacing me the product they have no intention to send me the product and even after gain and again mailing them.
I'm the regular customer of flipkart and i bought the captioned charger thru flipkart in jan.2016. However, the charger is not working properly nor fully charged anytime.

I have given my powerbank at service center- malad, almost 45 days back . when i called at service center, they told me it will be charge for rs 528/ but the condition of powerbank was very bad, i have given the power bank in very good condition may be it must be damage during transition.. please help to replace the same. this i have mention in short, but i have visited the service center many times & respond was very bad. I have also send the mail to ambrane care team. Since the ambrane powerbank 15000mh is at service center, i cannot attached the snap for the same, i have still not collected from service center. since i have done complain & send email to ambrane team. awaiting for the reply
