Sir, i bought a p1310 13, 000 mah ambrane device through flipkart on 25/5/16. I was content with it till september when it started behaving abnormally giving me headache while on journey. It needs to be switched on repeatedly to keep it going untill the mobile is charged to capacity. Also, it often breaks down midway leaving the mobile connected only half charged or uncharged. I changed the usb twice thinking it to be defunct but to no avail. I may ask you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Powerbank.not giving output after purchasing few month giving problem and i gave in care centre for repair than iit gave me.back after taking soo long 25 days bt after few days it not working properly its draing too fastt its capacity is 10400 mah and is not even giving the 1800 mah output and service care centre response is also too bad plz resolve problem while it get out of warantty

Dear sir,
I have placed online order to infibeam for one power bank pp 70000 which was delivered by ambrane india by paying cash of rs. 1030/- on 14/12/2015
After taking delivery and their instruction i have charge the same power bank for 10 hours but, it was faulty and was not in working condition. So every next day i have contacted ambrane india and explained my problem. They guided me to visit their service center at borivali, mumbai for check up. They have sent same power bank to delhi for servicing for thrice but, problem was not solved. Once again i have contacted delhi office and they have arranged picked up the same on 19/02/2016 from mumbai. Now almost one month has passed but still neither they have delivered my power bank nor have they given replacement. Every now and then they are giving excuses for the same.
So by this mail i the undersigned hereby requesting your good sake to look in to this matter and give me justice.

Bought Ambrance power bank P-1122, 10000 mah through Snapdeal on Oct 4th 201, delivered by Oct 8th 2016.

Hardly a month and it doesnt charges the mobiles. It needs to be switched on repeatedly to keep it going untill the mobile is charged to capacity. Have used different usb cables still doesnt work for my Galaxy S7. on my Galaxy S4 it charges but only for a min or less. need to press the on switch to start charging.

Need a replacement or refund for the product.

I bought power bank P-1310 on November 2015. That time I got faulty product so I give for service for 8-9 times. Every time I got as it was before . They replace also but the second product also not working and after that again I gave for service and I got as it was before.

Hi,

I have purchased 2 ambrane power banks. 1 of 10000 mah and another of 13000 mah. Both were working fine. But since past 2 months they are not giving proper backup. Their battery drain out in like 1 hour or less. Since i work in shifts and am totally dependent on these power banks to charge my device. I am having alot of trouble. I can buy new product. But if my product are in warranty and i can utilize them then wjy to buy new product. None of the cutomer care numbers of ambrane provided on net even on this website are valid. Kindly help me out on this.
