I Dr. Sunil…govt employee…the goods in the shops in rtc bus stand visakhapatnam are increasing day by day and between day and night. The shop exactly opposite the narsipatnam nonstop bus lay is really too much …the prices are very much above the normal price..pls check and and have a control on them…make sure that it will helpfull to poor people also…thanq

Today I boarded the APSRTC volvo bus from Waverock, Nanakramguda at 7:00 PM IST. I gave 100 rs note and asked to give IIT (for which the cost is 20 rs). The conductor asked me to get down at next stop as the change is not available though he was getting change from the other passengers and I was asked again and again to get down from the bus and told me from next time not to sit in the bus with out change.The Bus number is TS-09Z7625.
This should be treated seriously as the bus conductors are misbehaving day by day.As a female passenger the conductor asked me to get down.

Power horns are used within the Vijayawada city premises, which is causing a lot of inconvenience and of course adding to sound pollution.

Request you to please discontinue the use of power horns in the city buses that are plying.

The drivers unnecessarily use these horns, requesting a stern action to avoid them.

This is having an impact on the people who are residing near the main roads.

[protected] i booked ticket from hyderabad (nizampet)to kandukur at 8-45 pm timing but the bus not arrived ib correct time, its not a problem because its happend, but we call the driver where are you when will you picked, he told me i will come in 2 r 3 so i just wait there but he is not called me and not doing any annoucements and moved bus to another stop, i loss 200 rupees because of auto and your irresponsibility pls take neccesary action
Sevice number is 5876 and name is malyadri.he talked very irresonsible to passengers pls take action its not fair.
In private cost of the ticket is less than RTC but we prefer RTC because they are safe, responsible and everything but these type of behaviour is not goof

I have requested earlier to run buses to jegurupadu village, kadiam mandalam, Rajamundry, east godavari district.But no action taken so far. There are no buses to jegurupadu since three years. Auto drivers are looting the passengers. Rich people are travelling through cars and bikes, but the poor people are suffering a lot, especially ladies and children.I there fore request the Rtc officials arrange to run the buses to jegurupadu.at the earliest.

Sir,

This is to inform you that we mr. B. Subba sekhar and b. Sai kartik booked bus journey on dated 26/06/2016 from bangalore majestic to pulivendula. Bearing ticket nos.54058258 and 54058259. As we requested the bus driver through mobile phone to stop the bus (Service no.6181) for 15 minutes at bangalore majestic. We reached the bangalore majestic within 11 minutes (Exactly at 21:11 hrs on dated 26/6/2016) but the driver didn’t wait for above mention period and went away from the (Bangalore majestic) bus stand without any intimation.

Could you please furnish me with the rules/instructions/guidance/training issued to bus drivers regarding stopping at both bus stops and request stops even though the passenger requested. To clarify, one assumes bus drivers have a procedure to follow regarding stopping at bus stops and request stops, and it is this information i am seeking from you.

Hence i would like to inform we lost the ticket fare and hopes kept on your bus service.

I was waiting at the bus stop for tekkali – sompeta service at 8:30 pm on 15th june, 2017. But the bus didn't stop at the point. I had to go by bike for 3 more kilometres and catch the bus. When asked the reason for the same, driver answered very negligent with rude behavior. His answer to that was it was not rtc service and its hirer service. Depot srikakulam. Dear sir,
As in vizag apsrtc is providing very few bus between the time 7.30am to 9am since many rtc buses are hiring for private college busses at that time. So at that time commo persons are getting only very few rtc bus, as rtc buss has to provide for public not for private colleges.
And also rtc buss are with low maintenance as many buses under pollution condition so that public walkers and bike rides are getting close effect of the black smoke from rtc bus, so please consider request and do needful

Pl note and instruct or control that the 333 bus( vijayawada to Pamaru center)survises not flying as per timings and also if one bus comes to ITI stage at vijayawada, besides there are two or Three in line or arrival. Which is inconvinience to passenger's and they in race to over take each other, due to that unsafe to inside passenger's for freqent jercks because ofapplying the brake and which is not there in other services. .you may also observe in in cash collection comparison in this buses .
