I was traveling from Hyd to Visakhapatnam. Ticket no. 35532499. in service bus no. 3450. on 12th nov. This bus which was supposed to reach Visakhapatnam at 10.30 am next day morning reached at 1.00 pm. The bus driver delayed the bus intentionally so that some passengers who bribed them could load extra luggage "into" the bus. yes not on top or in luggage cabin but inside the bus. Also, I am confused whether APSRTC authorizes buses to take the route from within villages etc to avoid toll gates. If yes, then why is APSRTC charging toll fee from passengers??? If no, then why are the buses not taking the four/six lane highway meant for travelling between vijayawada and vizag?? its so much of discomfort travelling in such bad roads and if this is what apsrtc gives it to its passengers then i better travel in private travels. If this issue is not addressed then I am going to stop travelling in apsrtc as well as ask all my family and friends to do the same(if at all it really matters to you..)

HE IS TALKING SUCH RUDE AND TAKEN ME UP TO SR NAGAR FOR GIVING MY AMOUNT, ASKING ME TO GET DOWN FROM BUS. WHO IS HE TO DO SO. I KNOW THAT BUS CONDUCTOR SHOULD HAVE SUCH CHANGE THAT HE CAN ABLE TO GIVE ON DEMAND. BUT THESE DAYS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. SO I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS MATTER . I HAVE CONDUCTOR ID CND : 220663 & TICKET. SURE WILL PRESENT WHEN ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AGAINST HIM.

.from apsrtc a message came that we had cancelled a service on that day..immediately I had cancelled that ticket and till today my money was not yet refunded into my account…please give me details how can I get my money back urgently…

sir/madam, This is Madhukar iam daily travelling to Rajahmundry from Anaparthi and i have a session pass. I inform you that the problem is iam really irritating with route 501 buses mainly kakinada dipo buses.iam dialy waiting 2 to 3 hrs for 501 buses because no buses is not avalible from rajahmundry to kakinada 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm not only me all passenger suffering with 501 buses.SO Kindly Request you to Please drives buses on shedule timeings.Thanking you.

One line Ticket for 2 passengers from vijayawada to Ordnance factory, Hyderabad has been booked using Canarabank debit card on 15 Feb 2015 at 22.28 hrs.
An amount of Rs 796 has been debited from my Account and the ticket (2 passengers) was not booked

I'm Jeen Gladius C. By seeing the attachment you will come to know my problem. On 22nd Jan 2015 I trawled in your Depoe bus from Bangalore to Madanapalli. I gave Rs 500/- note to Conductor he returned Rs 200/- & He wrote Rs121/- on back of the ticket. After reached Madanapalli I asked for change he told "I don’t have change". I asked “please wait i will get it from out from bus stop”. He agreed. After I got down to get change he went with out giving my luggage (Fruits). Please help me with my money, let him have that fruits. I'm escalating this because he cheated me with out giving my money and not waiting for at lease 2 min.
Please take shirt action against this.

Good day,
This mail is to lodge a complaint against conductor on account of misbehavior and verbal abuse.
Today, dated 21.04.2015 My sister boarded a anakapalli bus depot bus bearing number AP11z 2121 at kothavalasa along with her kid about 10years. She has submitted the pass for the kid (for which conductor has refused to accept it for travel. Instead of explaining her of any problem in accepting the pass he started shouting on her that the pass is invalid and demanded her to purchase a ticket. Extending to this when she asked whats wrong with this pass, he started humiliating her and verbally abused her. Later on he also warned her that, he will slap her if she speak any more. Also apart from verbal abuses in a bad way he asked her whether she is chandrababu naidus wife. Also he started raising his hand and humiliated her in front of fellow passengers.
This bus ticket is of just 6 rupees. Money doesn't matter but the way he behaved was highly regretted.
What right do this conductor has to warn her of slapping and raising his hand? Being clear on our side with a proper valid bus pass, we still expect these people to help passengers in a better way but not verbal abuses and humiliating in front of fellow passengers.
We expect a proper explanation and action against the conductor in this regard.

Hello, I am appalled by the conduct of a lady conductor in the bus no-29Z1516 on 08/02/15, Ticket No[protected].I boarded the bus at Narayanguda and asked for a ticket upto Rajadeluxe.The amount to be paid was Rs-7 for which i genuinely had no change on me and handed a 10 rupee note.I always cooperate and keep change but when a passenger genuinely has no change is it not the duty of the staff to also cooperate?The lady conductor was most disrespectful, and threatened me to go ahead and complain as she doesnt care for the consequences and refused to give me change. She openly challenged me that she would only give me change after i complained !!! The defiant attitude and complete lack of duty shocked me.Add to it she was totally unapologetic and harassed me.I finally was forced to leave without my change.My question is would it have been ok for me to pay less than the ticket price in case of lack of change?When that is not possible then why should i leave without my money? and with harassment???

I booked a seat with number :13, shown as window seat online in apsrtconline in service number 9063, a bus from Chittoor to Bangalore.
When I boarded the bus, found to my surprise that the seat 13 is not a window seat instead a corner seat.
This is not the first bus where I observed this.
Could someone help in taking this forward and help in correcting this layout.
Also it would be great if there is a provision to submit complaints directly to apsrtc
