Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Sruthi (F), booked ticket from PUNE RLYSTN ST BUS STOP to HYDERABAD MGBS on 27/12/2013. Before the booking the seat no. 22, I checked beside seat is booked by Female or not i.e., seat No. 21, so I booked the ticket. Now, when I checked it in the site, seat is booked for MALE. How is it possible?? Is this the way to treat the female customers.

When I contacted the customer care, they said Female seat is cancelled beside to me and so they allotted it to MALE customer. Problem is I booked that particular seat because the seat beside to me FEMALE, now the seat is allotted to MALE. My question is why APSRTC people does such kind of malpractices to cheat FEMALE customers.

Hello Sir,

Recent past i travelled by bus from Nayadupet (Nellore Dist) to Nellore. The bus charges were Rs. 49 /-, out of which Rs. 6/- was toll gate charges with 2 toll gates in between. It comes up to 12% of bus fare. I had the discussion with bus conductor and he shared that he pays around Rs. 2000 /- as toll gate charges for to-fro travel between Tirupati and Vijayawada.

So, Rs. 3/- per person per toll gate. If bus is full with 50 people in the bus, indirectly for each bus toll gate charges would Rs. 150/- per toll gate.
I believe for heavy truck toll gate charges are Rs. 50 /-. Why not the same applied to RTC buses, let the charges be collected per bus instead of per ticket. It is a big burden for common man who travels every day in bus between these towns.

Based on the above information if we calculate real toll gate charges RTC is paying is huge amount with so many buses travelling every day. Then no doubt RTC makes losses to some % because of this. Another major concern is, so much money going to private international company from common people…..

Please look into this issue and re-validate the related policies.

sir,
i have cancelled the tickets from shridi to hyderabad on 10/01/2015..but till today my amount has not been refunded to me. hence i request you to look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible. i am herewith enclosing the cancelled ticket for your reference. and also i am sending the current statement of my credit card as attachment in html format for your convenience.
i have sent number of mails to the online.[protected]@tsrtcbus.in. but i have not received a single mail informing me about the status of my payment. it is becoming our illusion that APSRTC provides excellent support to commuters as the status of my payment is hanging in somewhere. i could not understand what all the officers who look into online sales are doing. and please tell me the recourse to get back my money.
it is astonishing that even the top brass is not responding to the complaints of the consumers. it is very sad and very bad.
please do enquire and inform me about the status of my payment or else i would be left with no option except to complaint to the consumers' forum.

This is with respect to APSRTC function of cancelled services and the customer center behavior.

I have reserved ticket on Non AC super luxury service from Narasaraopet to Bangalore for 630/- which start at 4.30PM on January 15th,2013.

As I was sick on the day of travel , have found a better service Indra AC , hence I have cancelled the above booked ticket and booked on this bus for 1130/- which starts at 5PM. The cancellation charges were 160/-.

Before to 30 min prior to journey of Indra AC I was informed saying Indra AC has been delayed by an hour.I retunred home as I have already reched bus depo by that time.

I arrived at bus stop after an hour and was told that Indra service has been cancelled and I have to book ticket on the other non AC Super luxury bus( similar to the one I booked and cancelled) at 6PM.

The ticket costed 890/-.

I was deceived interms of money as I bought the same cancelled service ticket by paying 260 more along with paying 160 rs calcellation charges as I opted a better service as I was ill.

I was delayed with journey by an hour , late to office.

I was not carrying enough money to book super luxury as I was told Indra AC ticket refund will be done by online only as I have booked tickets online. It dropped me trouble I have some how managed .

Later, so far till the date , the money amount for Indra AC cancelled service is not refund.

I followed up with customer center [protected] and APSRTC Narasaraopet at [protected] for more than 5 times.

They always say it takes 2 days to return and they are not ready to take up teh issue on a good pace.

It is not a simple amount 1130/-.
I demand them to return my money along with interest also for all the above extra 260 I paid unnecessary.

I have booked online ticket through Internet on 04/08/13 from kurnool to hyderabad for Indra Bus. The said Bus service cancelled and no one informed us about the cancellation. We gone to enquiry counter about the Bus, then they told me that bus was canceled. They informed us to sent mail to online.[protected]@apsrtconline.in regarding the fare refund. We send mail on 5th Aug 13 the same. and also reminded on 21th aug 13 and 9th Sep 13. Phoned via [protected] they said the confirmation has not yet received from Kurnool Depot and they given Depot Manager Phone No. and contacted the same and he responded that he will confirmation & the complaint given to Regional Manager through email: [protected]@apsrtc.gov.in. But till today we have not received the amount as well as replay also . Kindly do the needfull as early as possible.

I booked 2 tickets in advance for 2 people to go native around 15th May, 2013 using the site https://apsrtconline.in/oprs-web/. But before 3 days of travel we cancelled a ticket out of 2. On that day i got a message about my refund amount as below.

I have booked at a ticket from Nizampet(Hyderabad) to samalkot Journey date:Aug12, 2014, Ticket no: 32536795, service code: 2672/BHEL -KKD, Booked date
: Aug 7, 2014, Departure time: 20:30hrs. APSRTC has messaged us about cancellation at 20:34 hrs on journey date. We can observe, how much irresponsible they are. They didn't inform us even 3-4 hours before so that we could search for alternative possibility. Because of APSRTC negligence my grandmother not able attend an important occasion. Please advice me what to do further, so that any other person shouldn't suffer like us.

My name is P. Srinivas Rao residing at Ibrahim Bagh, Vasavi College.
Bus having number AP29Z 757 is collapsed my house top three times as of now and for once they paid fine also.
Driver of the bus is Narsimha and conductor name is Mallesh.
Today also at morning around 8.00 AM same has been happened and they are simply negligent and saying sorry for the damage.

Dear sir/madam
This is arun to day iam book a ticket from khammam to hyderabad but the which i selected seat is avialable and my money was deducted from my account then i suppose to think call to the helpline center num, [protected]
at the helpline center they r not help us they cut my call three times that person name is shiva
they said my money will come 12 working days and they are help less my compliant num is 97965961, and they are not rudy to said their employee id when i said i will go to consumer foroum they said where ever u want to go we are help less. please kindly help me and teach lesson to these people.
please hlep me because i dont have money to book other ticket for that i need your support please sir/madam respond as soon as possible
