I enrolled on 25-feb-2015 with the foundation manpower management consultancy, i got a mail from this company and they specifically told me that my interview will be arrange on very next day. It statement prove to be false. Still now the consultancy refer me any place though i connected with them through their given phone number and now they create fake situation, now the organization says that they will not provide me any service and threat me that not to call them again, they are not receiving my any call sometimes cut my call. I have contact my another friends who enrolled there, he also getting same response, kindly investigate and arrange punishment for this company

I am jen. Foundation man power is fake consultancy. Kyun ki already 2yrs gone. Ibut i never attended a single interview. When ever i called that lady every time says can u kl later. Guys i suggest u who is belongs to easter region. Do go to this # consultancy. Only wastage money and time.. They only have a good email marketing to motivate. Other wise doing nothing…

I have registered my name there by paying 1000 rs as registration charges. I have them and also wrote in their registration form that i prefer job in south kolkata area and they have agreed to my proposals. But they gave me 2 or 3 interviews not in my preferred area and so i cannot attend those interviews. But after that for whenever i am telling this they are behaving very badly and denying my proposal. They are not giving me any interview for 2 months. This is a fraud consultancy, trickfully taken 1000 rs from me.

Hi, all… Well to begin with i would like to mention that please do not enroll yourself with any consultancy which ask for money from you just at the very beginning as registration fee, as no reputed and reliable consultancy would ask for money from the candidate for referring him/her to an interview. I understand that when we desperately look for job we do fall in such trap but trust me none of these small consultancy (Asking for money for registration) does any good.
I enrolled myself with "foundation manpower" in the month of february 2016 and in a span of 1 year they just arranged
1 no interviews that was fake… The interviews are only held when the senior is out so as to pass the time… And thus to save them from the terror of the registered candidates they pretend to send them for an interview to these companies perhaps where there is absolutely to vacancy and so even after giving good interview the candidate remain unemployed, the poor fellow does not understand that its a false drama created to stop his mouth towards blaming the consultancy which eventually leaves the unemployed individual absolutely shaken ed with even lower confidence and depression.
I request all who are reading this that its not only for foudation all other consultancy like this are fake… Sustaining on the money of new registration. They get your details from naukri/monster and other online job portal… Send us email as urgent vacancy/walkin going on/ur cv is selected and others, calls u to their office and get money from you in the name of registration fees. Foundation was absolutely fraud for us and i am sure it is for many others and so is all other s in this level. Please be aware..

I enrolled on 25-feb-2019 with the Foundation Manpower Management consultancy vide enrollment number: 10498 exemption as renowed consultants for the Job Seekers, but very dis appointed with the service as received till date .further got shocking with their no response on calls / emails / text messages also made on regular basis.
had personally requested on visited several times to your office intimating as required immediate call as i am job less since last 5 months and keep requesting you all for the same. Now it seems as they are fraud as i had done a blunder to enroll there along with my one friend also expecting a lot from them as they are insisting for using my own references to get a job instead of calling them any more…Still Expecting good support by providing the required opening immediately. Please treat this request seriously and priority.

I have enrolled with this agency for over two years. The counselors talk a lot when they enroll you and the lady was trisha. They took rs 1500 enrollment for two years. Prior they had taken rs 1200 for one year and the lady name was madhushri. The interviews arranged are not in line with the my profile inspite of repeating explaining my requirement. Earlier they used to call and fix the interview. Now they just send an interview. When i went to complain these tewo ladies are absconding and their head ms. Ranjana patra is on maternity leave for the last two years. I advise that please don't enroll with such an agency. Please arrange to refund me my enrollment fees.
