made payment of Rs 557/- to cinipolis through free charge, i have a account with freecharge with the ph no [protected], you can get the details there .

made payment on 10/02/2017 at 12;05 with id[protected] . but no confirmation on tickets and tickets not processed got cancelled automatically,

request you to stop payment to cenipolis and refund the amount or arrange to help me getting tickets from cinipolis with payment confirmation from you.

On the website it was showing 1GB 3G data of Rs169 for 28 days.
But I have received 512MB only.

Freecharge suspended my id Mob no. [protected] email id : [protected]@gmail.com saying its a security reason. I have sent them my proof of adhar card and bank statement . please help. I have money in my freecharge wallet. please help me . I have added 5000 rs recently . A day after that they suspended my account saying security issue. I dont know why they have done this. I want my money back from freecharge. I have sent them all the documents . please provide help in this regard. request to freecharge to please return the money and activate the account.

I Added money for 300 RS on 8th JAN from my debit card to freecharge wallet. Money got debited from bank but did not reflect in the freecharge account.Freecharge doesnot have a call based customer service, i mailed many times to [protected]@freecharge.in but all in vain.

Free charge has not refunded money for transaction done at voonik since august 2016..executives have been writing BS mails..sometimes they ask proof of bank statement sometimes they claim they have given refund..I have given them bank statement of six months also..but no help..I paid 5170 for the order and free charge has given only 380 as refund..and now they are lying that they have already processed refund..i[censored] have processed refund then where is the money gone..why its not showing in my bank statement..the customer care is pathetic..I want my money back..

I have made recharge on 6/2/17 order id fcxa[protected] (300 rs tt), fcxa[protected] (198 rs 2g) and fcxa[protected] (300 tt) by using google play recharge offer but still i have not received these amount in tt or internet.
A total amount is diverted 798 rs is deducted from my bank account & diverted to google play store. This offer is misguiding the customers.. Kinldy do the needful i would like to request you to solve this issue as early as possible.

I recharged my Idea mobile no. [protected] with Rs. 149. As per information given on FreeCharge App, I should get 1 GB 3 G data but I did not get the same.
When I speak to Idea customer care, they told me that it is not right information showing on FreeCharge App. They did not give me any solution rather than Complain to the FreeCharge customer care.
Please check it and refund my money back immediately.
