I have made a payment of electricity bill of rs. 741.0 for the month of july through freechrage yesterday evening. After few minutes showing that payment is successful. And amount is also deducted from my account. But when i am checking odisha discom, there is showing non payment (Payment due). How is it possible?

I made a bill payment on freecharge on 4th Sept. Its more than 12 days now and order still shows status as processing. I raised a request to customer care but they are not responding properly. They say that order is complete but then why the status is not updated in my freecharge account? I have also not received the cashback promised for the same order as they are not updating status.

I recharger for a google play card of rs. 400.00 but i didn't receive any redeem code.. I waited since more than 12 hrs. But neither the amount is refunded nor did i receive any code.. Kindly help me out here. How can i find my redeem code using freecharge transaction id or will it be possible to send me the redeem code again in my registered mobile no [protected]. Waiting for your kind attention.

Tried to place an order on swiggy via freecharge but despite my money deducted from account and transaction shown successful swiggy denied to receive
the payment hence no order placed both of them are not trustworthy and reliable freecharge has no realtime customer service so despite of paying money I didn't get my food what I have paid for shame on you swiggy and freecharge

I have received two messages from accelyst solutions pvt. Ltd.in which the are providing me with otp for a purchase of rs. 51 when i have done no such purchase. Moreover i have never had any dealings with either accelyst or freecharge. It can be clearly seen that this is a case of fraud that is being carried out either with or without the company's knowledge. So, i implore you to please conduct a thorough investigation of this matter.

I have paid 999 INR.at instamojo payment Gatway 5th October 2018 and instamojo has Refund the same but freecharge didn't credit that amount in my account they are doing fraudulent Activities with the customers that's the only reason Freecharge is fraud why the people don't use this its reducless service of freecharge I ll never use this app in my future and I recommend to everyone please don't use this Fraud Application.

Today around 5 pm a series of fraudulent transactions happened using my credit card although no otp was divulged by me nor anyone asked for it.

I would request you not to authorise/reverse the following fraudulent transaction on immediate basis which had been done using credit card no.[protected]so that i do not need to pay anything for such fraudulent transaction.

There was caĺl fromskme random number and compromised the card details over the pikne along with OTP and made only ecommerce registration against FREECHUTIL. Please refer the below time and details of transaction.

Your One Time Password for E-Commerce Registration/txn is XXXXXX for INR 9990.00 at FREECHUTIL which is valid till 12:17. DO NOT SHARE THIS WITH ANYBODY-PNB.

Request you to please get this money refunded in same accont and also bank should be blocked there payment gateways to these fraud companies.
