I attempted to add rs 530 into my freecharge wallet today (8 april 19) in connection with some bill payment. The money was debited from my bank account but could not be added into the freecharge wallet due to a technical failure in freecharge's payment gateway system. Money is paid online/wallet in order to make things simple and not for incurring losses/ complications. Pl refund my money and there are repeated instances of payment failure in the payment gateway of freecharge.

Freecharge had blocked my account twice stating that they had noticed suspicious activity in my account but i didn’t feel that there was anything suspicious since i was using a clone app for my this account besides app for my son’s account.
Freecharge neither called me up but sent a mail that they had refunded my wallet balance to my bank account or card account and when i could not see any refund to my bank they sent the payment details as follows but my bank confirmed that there was no such refund to the credit of my account. It seems freecharge has transferred the amount to their own account – how can a layman check for the payment gateway reference no. I don’t understand-it’s a matter to harass customers – it said that it had processed the refund on 21-3-19 but till date there is no credit to my account and the cashback amount they have refused to refund. First of all doubting a customer without even talking to him/her is not expected-we too have our goodwill and good credit rating then who are they to suspect us? The company could have called up on the registered mobile no. But it never did that instead simply blocked my account.
Please take action against freecharge and get my wallet balance credited to me

I sent Rs. 500 on my freecharge wallet from my PNB bank account through Bhim UPI app.

Date : 2. 12 . 2018.

Neither this amount of Rs. 500 being shown in my freecharge wallet nor deposited bank in my bank account.

So, please manage to credit my valuable money in my bank account.

I have paid rupees 365 2times through free recharge my transanctions shows that payment is failure. But on my bank account the amount has been deducted. I want refunded amount back on same amount i have paid for airtel digial tv. But what i want know that where my payment has done. It should be credited on bank account total amount 1582 i want back.
Please take severe action. But i wan refunded back. Please do it immediately sir

In yet another instance of failed add money transaction, rs 125 have been deducted from my bank account and not added into the freecharge wallet. There's a large frequency of failed add money transactions due to some technical faults in the payment gateway of freecharge payment solutions. Kindly help me in refunding of the lost money. I never use my icici debit card or icici account transaction on 2nd may 2019 but 389 rs are deducted from my account without acknowledge. I don't know why deducted this money and you don't have any access to deduct money. You are not consider that people are foolish. Please refund it as soon as possible otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court.

I placed an online food order yesterday and payed via freecharge. An amount of rs. 14.5 was directly deducted from my freecharge account.
Ideally, i should have received an otp and the same had to be verified before the amount was deducted from my wallet.
However, nothing of this sort happened. I wrote to freecharge to report the matter. However, the freecharge support has been pathetic. The first reply confirm the transaction and provides details on what to do in case the food portal denies having received the money.
The second email advises an offline transaction is initiated through on the go pin.

This is ridiculous as freecharge has confirmed there is no security at all.in other words, any one can go to a website, select freecharge as a payment option and then enter my mobile number or email id. The money will then get deducted.
How did this happen. Is there something called safety or is freecharge taking all o[censored]s for a ride.

I have been contacting free charge team to reactivated my wallet. I provided pan copy, my full name which they require to match my name. They are saying it is not matching which is wrong. This has been going since long but still not resolved. I asked them to provide if they need any other documents but the they still not activated. Please look into this and help me.

I made a mobile recharge using Freecharge on May 4 2019 from Indian Bank Debit card. But the transaction was cancelled and not yet refunded to my account. I mailed to the Freecharge customer care and they told that the amount has been refunded from their part. I also contacted the Indian Bank customer care but they told that it has not refunded int your account. And I called the Freecharge customer care and they informed that the payment of Rs.419.00 against order ID FCVA[protected] was automatically refunded through payment gateway to your respective bank/card on 04-May-2019.
We have also verified the same with our payment partner and confirmed that the amount was successfully refunded.
Hence, request you to get in touch with your bank for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card account with the below given details.
