Today morning at 3.00 am an amount if rs 1000 and rs 500 from my freecharge wallet has got transferred to komparify.com in 2 transactions. Otp for transaction was also there in my inbox. I have not made transaction. What security is this from freecharge. It can only happen with their knowledge i guess… I lost rs 1500. I am gonna complaint in cyber cell if the amount has not been reversed by freecharge

Hi all, i have recharged with rs 35 on jan 31, 2019 but not recharged. I have submitted so many complaints but they are not doing anything. I have submitted complaint on [protected]@freecharge.com & it's official mobile app. Can you please help me with this regards. Please find attached snapshots for the same.

I made payment of rs. 692 to myntra from freecharge on 21/01/2019 and after the return of product from myntra, freecharge initiate the return of same amount on 26/01/2019 but amount is not received on my bank account. My bank says there is no pending transaction from there side. Please process this refund asap, if it will not solve in a week i will take this complaint to higher authorities.

On 14th feb-2019 morning around 3.00 am an amount if rs 2000 and rs 500 from my freecharge wallet has got transferred to komparify.com in 2 transactions. Otp for transaction was also there in my inbox and moblie. I have not made transaction. What security is this from freecharge. It can only happen with their knowledge or from did by there employee… I lost rs 2500.
After giving multiple complaint did not get any positive response till date…
Neither they log any complaint at their side that on 14th feb-2019 multiple customer account got hacked…

Hi,

This is Rizwan here.

I have made a payment through freecharge(from debit card) to 1 mg for my order. Later on I cancelled my order. The refund was directly credited to my freecharge account and not in my bank account.

I spoke to Mr Matin on Freecharge CUSTOMER CARE and asked to refund my balance to my bank account. Then they said it is not transferable to bank, you have to use on freecharge!!!

Such ### policy by freecharge. This is my money that was refundable not even it was a cashback money and they are asking to use on freecharge.

Worst policy ever seen in my life. No any other apps are doing these sit like freecharge is doing.

Sir/madam,
There has been a refund of rs 1288 initiated to my bank account on 28/2/19, which is not credited to my bank. I have contacted customer service and they provided me arn number and payment gateway id and told me to contact bank. When i contacted bank they told me that they unable to trace this transaction and asked me for rbi settlement report. Since few days i am mailing freecharge customer support they are not responding me at all. Neither they provided me any report nor they solved the problem.

I have not used my wallet for a year i have no time, recently i have login to my account where i am unable to use my balance which have in my account, i want to use my balance but transaction failed, so contacted freecharge care, but no help lastly they have provided an email to contact them, where asking me for pan card but i am a student i don't have pan card, so i have provided my voter id card but still they have restricted my account balance, how fraud company is this?

I have rs. 358 /- balance only unable to use because is they have limited my account, always transaction declined by them!

As per rbi for wallet upgrade only need kyc in full but here for minimum kyc only a document of govt. Has to be provided but after providing govt. Id ten also they have limited my balance to use,

Immediately initiate necessary on @freecharge company!

I had been using Freecharge through clone/parallel app(which was known to me through amazon customer service)but my account was blocked once and I was asked to submit my identity proof which I did and the account was unblocked but again yesterday when I was trying to transact through the clone app again my account was blocked permanently and only the money added was being refunded(cashback portion is being forfeited).I repeatedly asked for the reason but Freecharge is not ready to listen.Infeel the company is unreasonably doubting my entity and affecting my goodwill -we are not ones who can think of trying to cheat the company -all Amazon, Paytm, etc are allowing the clone apps on one android for log in of different family members account from the same device but Freecharge feels I am trying to cheat -I am shocked by their behaviour-they can easily call up and let me know what they are considering as security risks but they simply blocked my account-hardly know whether there are security risks using parallel apps on the same android phones.Kindly take action against Freecharge for doubting my integrity and ask them to unblock my account with e mail address Karuna.[protected]@yahoo.in

I bought a google play gift card they charged me 1000rs but they did not give me any code to redeem and are asking me to wait 2 days
Why should i wait i paid you you give me my stuff or refund the money
I bought the codes for a purpose and now the offer is also finished so anyway you have wasted my time and money
I want my codes or the amount returned as soon as possible. And i will not wait for 2 days
You say it's an operator issue the ask your operator do whatever you can i want my codes or the money back. I never made a mistake so i will not bear any wait times as well.
