Dear sir,
Sub: – breakdown/malfunctioning of the faber products supplied by you viz.1) auto ignition not working for the burners 2). Chimney fan becoming on/off and changing speed on it’s own. 3). Chimney lights becoming on/off on it’s own.

This has reference to my various tele calls and a series of complaints lodged to you, on the subject matter, since 2th august 2019. The first complaint was lodged by me on 6th august 2019 vide ref. No.[protected] and the last one was vide ref no.[protected] dt 28/8/2019. But no corrective action has been taken till date, except that your service person visits my house only to tell me that spares are required to replace the defective parts and as the equipment is under warranty, there is a separate procedure for indenting the replacement spares and it will take 3 to 4 days to get the spares. Surprisingly each time a different person comes and informs that he is not aware of the nature of the complaint, and he was asked only to just visit and clean the unit. Further during every visit the service personnel informed that same thing that the fan unit and the burner are defective and spares are required for replacement. Also it may please be noted that the undersigned had called your office during every visit of the service personnel and kept you posted on the situation at site and it was informed that the matter would be taken up with the service centre for a speedy repair/replacement.
For the past over 45 days we are suffering due to the above problem, i have also informed you about the seriousness of the problem and how sudden chance in the speed of the fan resulted in the frying oil catching fire and the flame almost hit the cook’s face, luckily it was a narrow escape or it would have been a major accident. Further during day time we all go to office and there is no one at home, i had to apply leave and stay home during the visit of your representative, this has not only hindered my office work but i have also suffered financial loss due to loss of pay.
In spite of the above hardships brought to your notice, there is no proper corrective action been taken from your end till date, we have no other option left, but to seek legal help in the matter. Kindly be informed that, if the above problem are not rectified within 7 days i. E. By 24/09/2019 legal procedure would be initiated covering all the damages suffered.
