I purchased a Faber chimney model No. Tender LTW from Rastogi Traders, Swaroop Park, Sahibabad on 31st october 2006, which has a life time warranty (mentioned in the bill also). Despite my repeated complaints to the company service centre at Delhi they are not ready to change the motor under the warranty.
