Doctors seem lost. They don't seem like they care about the patients or know about anything that is happening with them.
Security guards need to learn manner and tone in which they talk (They seem to be hired from rowdy villages)
Management staff cant resolve any issue – all they do is contact this person, contact that person. Just give a runaround to the patient's attendants.
The bathrooms are in pathetic state. Dirty, smelly, and no toilet roll or tissue paper. (For a hospital that is disgusting)
Everyone i have come across seems to avoid the problem and they either argue or give a runaround.
Max hospital is far superior that fortis in vasant kunj.
I will never recommend fortis to anyone even this is the last hospital left!
